Michael came right away and diagnosed the problem. It was a Friday night. He made sure I had temporary heat until he could pick up the part and get it replaced the next day. I highly recommend him and I will definitely use him going forward.

I was outside running my pellet smoker and happened to look at my condenser and noticed it was frozen over. I called Michael having used him many times in the past and he was able to diagnose the problem immediately. It was a simple fix and didn’t charge me. I’m sure some other place would have at least wanted something for the minor fix performed all he had to do was flip a switch on the control board. Now my unit doesn’t freeze. Highly recommend hiring him as your full time hvac technician.

Michael diagnosed the problem within minutes of arriving, something the previous contractor was never able to do. Turned out to be a fairly simple fix, which he took care of right away. My wife called today and said our A/C was blowing hot air. I came home and we changed the filters and checked what I knew. When we arrived home from dinner and getting groceries, nothing had changed.
