 + -1 moreInstallation took all day and I was charged for 2 different residences, I have been on the line trying to resole my charges for i would estimate 30 hours at various times. never gave me credit for a 150.00 payment i made that cleared my bank. It is so sad to contend with these services because there is no other cable co that offers equal product.
