Description of Work: The Humane Society of the Tennessee Valley would like to thank Christopoulos and Kennedy for the incredible renovation job they did for us. They remodeled the building we purchased on Kingston Pike which was over 75 years old. The major parts of the renovation included new HVAC systems (multiple) and epoxy coated floors. One of the best decisions C&K helped us make was to take down a wall upstairs giving us a large Community and Training room. This was not in the original plan drawn up by the architect, but they went the extra mile to construct support beams in place of the load-bearing wall that was removed. Christos helped educate us when we were so “green” at the beginning of the project; made sure that the project stayed on-budget and on-time, and everyone in their group was always responsive to our questions and special requests. We would also like to specifically thank Tim Bingham and Chris Lamberson. They were both so wonderful to work with. Chris helped make what could have been a frustrating process an enjoyable one. Tim was always patient with our questions and explained all the options thoroughly. To this day, when I have an issue or a question, Tim is very helpful and responds quickly. We are all settled in now, and could not be happier with the “new” building. The animals are comfortable, the employees are happy, and the public seems to love the new facility.
