Had a new HVAC unit installed in my home. 1 week later the unit malfunctioned due to improper installation and caused flooding and damages in my home. Had a new HVAC unit installed in my home. 1 week later the unit malfunctioned due to improper installation and caused flooding and damages in my home. I made numerous attempts to have the owner of the company repair the unit. He came out and "fixed" the unit. He said the safety shut off was not wired correctly by his employee. He assured me his insurance would take care of the damages to my floor and ceiling that had flooded and fallen through. My insurance company tried to get in touch with him to get his liability insurance info but they would not give him the info nor return his calls. When i contacted his wife who runs his business, she said she would have to have Scotty call me. Scotty called me and let me know that he had no intentions in paying nor fixing any of my damages. He told me I could " go f*&% myself" and proceeded to cuss me out then hung up on me. I have made several calls and can not find any license nor insurance info for his "business". Now I am stuck with a deductible for my insurance to get the damages to my home fixed plus the charges to have the new unit properly installed.
