I think they are very professional for the most part. The salesman wasn't. We had issues with him. There was a disagreement as to exactly which unit they had quoted us because they had quoted us two and then our final decision on which unit we were going to use. In the end, they brought out what we deemed to be the wrong unit. Instead of handling it with professionalism, the sales person decided to argue with us. It was on speaker phone so about 6 of us heard it. It did take a little while to get back to us a couple times. They were there when they said they were going to be there. I won't work with that salesman again.

They have been very good. It took less than a day to install it. They cleaned up very well after they installed the unit. The experience was quite good.

They didn't show up at 4 and when I called them at 4:20 they said it would be about 30 more minutes. I have things to do too.

Wonderful! We shopped around quite a bit. C&R's price was comparably low for the quality of product that we got. They got to us quickly since our unit had kicked the bucket. The installation was quick. Eight months later, we have zero complaints or problems. We've recommended them to everyone.

Costs for repairing the gas pack were significant, so we chose to replace the unit. C&R staff gave us a quick estimate and installation appointment. Jerry, Sean & Bobby got the job done quickly and then cleaned up well. Within a month, the unit needed a replacement fan motor. Josh got that done in a day. Great staff and service.

It went really good. The workers were on time and very professional and knew what they were doing. I couldn't have asked for any better service. I would most definitely use them again and will use them for my heating and air services.. I would highly recommend them to all of my friends and family.

C&R was great. Showed up on time. Completed work in a timely manner. Cleaned up work site, including where some wall modifications were made to accommodate new airflow. My family and I have used C&R for over 30 years, and recommend them without reservation.

Excellent service and price. We decided to replace a dying geothermal unit about 6 months ago and had several contractors come to our house and provide an estimate for both a new geothermal unit and an electric unit. The estimator (I'm terrible with names) was very professional and thorough. We ultimately didn't replace our unit until a few weeks ago, but Chancey & Reynolds still honored the 6 month old price quote. They also provided a very reasonable price to add the new vent. The installation crew were on time, polite, friendly and efficient. I expected some bumps in the process, especially since our cabin had never had an outdoor unit and the crew had to drill a hole and do some wiring to add the outdoor unit. However, this crew knew exactly what to do and just did it without any problem at all. One last thing - we received a free air cleaner by mentioning Angie's list - their current special! I highly recommend this company .

They did a great job! They had a very tight space to work in and they were able to remove the old system, and install the new system with no problems or delays. They were finished and cleaned up in less than a day. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Great price and excellent work.

I got 3 different quotes and all of them were pretty close to equal. The difference with Chancey & Reynolds was the service and the care they took to explain what would need to be done. They also provided the most professional quote and made me feel comfortable through the process.

We called them to come out and check the unit. They came and fixed the unit but told us that this model was pretty old. A few weeks later, the unit went out again. We called them and they rearranged their schedule to put in a new unit for our rental tenant so that she did not have to suffer during this hot summer. They were very professional and accommodating.

Great. Because one of the thing went out and there were one part they fixed it they were gone it was perfect.

Arrived on time and completed work ahead of the time estimated. Cleaned up thoroughly following completion of work. Outstanding employees with a great attitude.

No complaints at all. The salesman (Brad, the owner's son) was easy to deal with, answered the questions I had, and provided Good, Better, and Best quotes for a replacement natural gas unit and air conditioner. I thought the prices were fair and ended up selecting the Best option which had the highest efficiency ratings. The workmen arrived when scheduled and were professional and very polite. They laid out plastic over my downstairs carpet and walked around inside in paper booties. Cleanup was thorough: there was absolutely no mess when they were done. They finished at the expected time, explained the new digital thermostat to me, and left. Two days later, I noticed water accumulating in the pan at the bottom of the furnace. I called Chancey & Reynolds and within an hour a serviceman arrived to fix the problem (a hose had come off the sump pump). It was about 5:00 on Friday when I called, and I didn't expect a service call until at least the next day. Needless to say, I was impressed with the fast response. I have had an exceptional experience with everyone at Chancey & Reynolds and have no reservations about recommending them to others.

Great crew and work. Removed old and original upstairs AC and gas furnace and installed new Rheem that is a combo AC, gas heat, and heat pump. Installed an air filter system on this unit. Installed a whole house humidifier on downstairs unit. Crew put down plastic protection on carpets and on hardwood floors and kept everything very clean. Cleaned total worksites before leaving. Fast and efficient.

Came the same day I call. Jim found what he thinks was the problem, checked the unit out to ensure there was not anything more wrong. Charged a fair price for his time. The only improvement is the person who answer the phone give off a lot of micro-inequity. I will use this company again.

Our heat pump system quit working, and we called Chancey & Reynolds to fix it. They quickly diagnosed the problem as a failure in the heat exchanger coils, and provided us with options for repair or replacement. We chose to replace the heat pump and compressor units since the original ones were getting old and likely would be prone to other failures. They scheduled this replacement and had the new units in place and working within two days. They were very knowledgeable and professional in their work, and took great care to avoid any mess from the old unit as they removed it from our attic. We will certainly call on them again should the occasion arise.

After months of dealing with a mold problem, we discovered that part of the problem was the shoddy work of the installation of the new duct work. We discovered this after having an engineer out who disclosed the problems created by Chancey Reynolds in his report. When they initially installed the duct work last fall, I tried multiple times to get them to come and make repairs to a ceiling damaged (still not repaired), along with fixing the shoddy work I could see. I was treated so poorly with such misogyny, I wanted nothing to do with them so my husband took the lead on getting the repairs done, again, still not complete. I do not recommend this company. I want to amend this review to note that C&R will be making repairs to the damaged ceiling and have made the repairs to the duct work as noted in their response.

Nate did an excellent job identifying the problem with the bad blower module and then replacing it with a new one under the ten-year warranty. In response to my question, he checked our second, older HVAC unit and determined that the internal seal was broken and the unit was about to die. He arranged to have a new unit installed. Jerry and Brody arrived right on schedule and did a superb job removing the old, defective unit and the associated compressor. They rapidly installed a new 14 SEER Rheem unit, a new compressor and a new thermostat. They made sure that everything was working properly, picked up and disposed of all trash and left, thanked us for the opportunity to be of service, and left.
