Description of Work: When my old gas furnace failed on the coldest day of last winter I contracted with Chancey to Reynolds put in a new gas furnace and entire duct work system under my house. During installation they discovered and reported to me termite damage that had to be repaired before they could finish their work. They put their project on hold for the other work to be done without question or complaint. Once the termite repairs were done they promptly came out and finished their job. There were no extra charges for the interruption. Their work appears to be of high quality and everything works correctly so far. I am happy with their work and prices and reccomend them.
