Everything with Chancey & Reynolds went very smoothly when our AC unit went out. They were scheduled for a Monday, came when they said they would and called first. The technician got the problem corrected very quickly. However, the AC unit went out again in a couple of days. The next technician again came out and fixed the problem once and for all. Did not charge for the 2nd visit except for a part. Chancey & Reynolds technicians and appointment staff are very professional. The prices were very reasonable. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it.

No complaints. They do not sell certain brand names I believe but you might ask if you prefer a certain brand.

The service tech was professional and found the problem within just a few minutes after he arrived this morning. The evaporator on our unit was frozen, so we had to turn off the a/c (on a 97? day) so the unit could thaw. He returned after dinner and added some coolant so we could at least run the unit and cool off. He needs to find out why we lost coolant, so he will be back later in the week to take the unit apart and check out the entire system. But, he did not want us to be without our air conditioning, so we are back up and running for now.

They did an excellent job. Removed the furnance from the attic and the a/c unit outside. They left no mess upstairs and removed a sizable unit. They came out and quoted very quickly are were back out within the week to replace the units. This was not an emergency job and they still acted very quickly. The unit has been installed for approximately a month now and we have had not issue. I will continue to use this company.

They were available right away. There was a shortage of fuses and we couldn't find the one we needed anywhere. They had one so they brought it right over and did a cleaning of the unit too. We would use them again if we had to, we found someone else we like better.

Did an excellent job. Technician was courteous and took time to explain everything he did. This particular Technician had serviced my units before. I will need to replace my upstairs unit this fall (it is 18 yrs old) and Chaney & Reynolds will be the first vendor I call to get an estimate.

We spent around $400. They did normal maintenance for us. They came out twice a year. They cleaned and maintained the furnace and also checked the pressure on the air conditioner?s Freon. The guy was pretty good. He even took out the blower and cleaned it. We don?t use them anymore. We switched to a different company. This company was very nice, but we had to remind them to even come out. They didn?t give us frequent visits even though we are their regular customer. It would have been nice if they had come out frequently. We used them for a year, but they didn?t do anything for us. Their website mentions that they would do different services, but they never did anything. We even asked the guy once. We asked if he would do anything for us if we signed up again. He told us that he would only come out and service our units. It didn?t make sense to us. They didn?t give us discounts. There were other companies that gave attractive offers if we signed up with them. It is not that we didn?t like this company, but we wanted to switch over to another company. This company was fine. The guy was courteous and took care of our furnaces. Also, they don?t have a record of what work they have done for the clients and who actually did the job. They really need to update their service. We are planning to call them in this regard. Their prices are in line with the other companies. However, they would come out on time. We feel they should call us when it is time for servicing, instead of us called them. They should keep track of when the service dates are. We guess they have enough business and they don?t want anymore. Last time, the guy came out we had some problem with the furnace. He said that we had to call the company. We asked him as to why he wanted us to call the company and as to why he couldn?t place the call himself. They have one guy, who does the installation and another guy, who does the cleaning. They can?t do each other?s job. We might use them again in the future.

Everything went extremely well. Salesman was quite thorough and answered each question to my satisfaction. Installation crew arrived as scheduled and completed the job earlier than anticipated. Gas line had to be rerouted and they made the necessary arrangements and still finished ahead of time. Clean up was thourough as was the explanation of system operation.

We chose them because of the good reports on Angie's List. They were ahead of schedule and came with the unit within 2 days of assessing the problem. I was very thankful that they were able to get air back in my home! Rex and his team were very professional and knew what they were doing! The flower bed was left in tact where they put in the new unit and they cleaned up after themselves. They were finished ahead of schedule. I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience! I highly recommend them and will use them again!

He looked at it and found that the coil was broken, which is a big expense. The repair technician was really very good about telling me what it would cost, since it was exorbitant. Since the unit was 7 years old, the decision was whether to get a new one or repair the old one. We could possibly get a tax credit on a new unit and he did the research for us on what they would provide, what size unit was needed, and what would qualify. He came out to measure of the new one would fit, and it required moving another condenser, so we had him fix the old one. They sent someone to get the part and install it. This happened all within the same day. Ronnie was very polite and quick with phone calls and getting back to us.

Jerry the serviceman was at the res. on time. He was very professional and explained each step in the service. Educated us on our HVAC unit and the theory of operation. He made sure that work inside and out was clean.

Went very well. Their bid was the best I received, and they proposed an innovative approach to help us get the $1,500 tax credit and to cut our costs on propane (a dual fuel system for the upstairs). The crew that did the install was polite, professional, prompt. We're only a few days in with the new system, but so far, so good.

They did a good job. There were a couple of adjustments that had to be made after few weeks of the installation. They came back and completed it. They were prompt, neat and efficient.

The man was polite and thorough. He wanted to chit chat a lot and I worried that his time was being charged for so I had to cut him off several times when he wanted to gossip. He also spent a good deal of time trying to sell a maintenance contract which I did not opt for. It was almost twice what I paid for the service call and I did not feel it was a smart thing to buy. He tried the hard sell but I'm a touch cookie and was able to withstand. His work was good, however, and I think he was a very experienced and expert service man.

On one of the first cool days of the season, we discovered our gas furnace is not heating. Within three hours of my call to Chancey & Reynolds the work was completed and the house was warming up.

Chancey & Reynolds did a very professional job and we have had no problems with the furnace so far. The only small problem that I had with them was that they failed to leave the manufactures information on the humidifier. I called them about it but they never did return my call.

They came soon after I called the first time and diagnosed the problem. They returned the next day with the parts and remedied the problem. The serviceman was pleasant and I would recommend their services.

These guys just installed our new heating pump, and they did a real good job. They also had a nice clean up. They had to remove the old unit, and they were still able to get all the work done in about three quarters of a days time. I was happy with the way everything went with them. Im guessing it was around $2300 because I didnt deal with that part of it.

Since he came out and serviced our air conditioner as he usually does, we have never had any problems with it. He is an excellent worker, he is very professional, and he cleans up any mess. We have used him before. His prices are reasonable, he is reliable and I would highly recommend Chancey and Reynolds.

They were able to find the problem right away and got it fixed up in only a couple of hours time. I would say the guy who came out was experienced and did a good job. Of course he got it up and running the same day, so I was real happy with them.

I would have to say that this company was pretty reliable. They showed up at the house when they said they would and were only here an hour or so. They did a good job in fixing the problem.

I like having Chancey & Reynolds checking my heat and a/c because they do a very thorough job and tell me things that I can do to keep my air running good through out the year. They always make sure the technicians are highly trained before they send them out into the field.
