I paid a $6,855 deposit for my cash deal last Friday and was told that I would get a call about next steps on Monday. I keep asking my sales representative when that will happen, it has now been a week without any answer or call. I do look forward to speaking with someone. Every time that I call the number to initiate the conversation, I am on hold for 30 minutes and give up. I would love a phone call. I am giving 3 stars because this is a horrible start to a business relationship it has nothing to do with workmanship.

We called Angi and within minutes we had two different companies to call. We chose Champion Windows to take down our old deck and build a new one with an enclosed sunroom! From the moment we signed the contract they were professional and had our sunroom done in less than two weeks. We are totally happy and would recommend Champion Windows for quick, quality work!

Excellent product the salesperson was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I entered a contract with Champion to replace all the windows in my house. The estimated time was 12 weeks. Initial installation happened in week 16. One of the windows was terribly undersized. The installers measured it and looked at it for a long time before deciding to put it in. One installed it was obvious it wouldn't work but they had broken the original window during removal. It took 30 days for Champion to come back and remeasure. I was told the window would be "expedited". The second installation happened 126 days after the re-measurement, but the window that arrived was the same size as the window from the previous installation. Once again, the window was "expedited" and 112 days later the window arrived. It was installed and was a good fit. In total, it took 264 days to get a single window. Like many other reviews, I contacted Champion a number of times and was promised return calls but they never came. I asked the company if they would remove that last window from the remaining balance. From the time I signed the contract until they finally completed the job was 380 days. They willingly admitted a total breakdown but flatly refused to consider my request. Their answer was simple - "We don't do that." They did offer - informally - that I might be able to get a good deal on future services, but at this point, that statement is laughable at best. I will not consider using Champion in the future and would highly recommend others do the same.

Other than disagreement about scrapping my existing deck structure, Joe and Sales Division Mgr Derek get high marks as very knowledgeable, patient to answer all questions, pointing out design options and their recommendations. I will write another review after installation.

I have paid them over $15000 and still have not even started the job after 4 months, calls to Customer service, the CEO as well as emails and they do not even call you back. Worst experience of my life. Absolutely would never suggest them to Anyone they could care less once they get you to sign the contract

A few years after Champion installation of new windows in my home, nearly every window pane has developed a spotty film on the inside that cannot be removed and results in a near zero visibility through the window entirely. I called customer service and was advised that because I did not report the issue within the first year after moving into my home, Champion would NOT honor any warranty. Very poor product, installation, warranty and customer service. Avoid Champion by all means...

As far as their work and being on time the were here on time and they worked extremely hard. However I feel that they really didn't know what they were doing when they replaced the large window. This window has begin to leak when it rains and I understand that they are no longer in Knoxville and I know that there is a lifetime guarantee on these windows which present a large problem.

customer service was extremely slow sales consultant lost info--had to come and measure twice, took months to place order had to request an invoice several times and re-apply for financing field response was good didn't clean up well--sharp pieces of aluminum were left on the ground windows are well-made and the installers did a good job except for clean-up

It took much longer than promised - they took a LONG time from the day their first transaction cleared on our credit card . April 2015 . The work they said would took 8 weeks after that time we called and called and were told something has been ordered something is being waited on .. But finally by October we got are work done . The work is to our satisfaction ,I must add .

The experience was very good. They did the work very well. I had one issue and they came out right away. I got good value for my money. The responsiveness was very good. Anytime I would call up with questions, they would have someone there that day or the next. They got a little delayed in making the door, because they make it on order, so it was supposed to take 4 weeks but 6 weeks, but that was okay. They kept me informed of the time and all that, and they just gave me an estimate, so I feel bad about rating punctuality. They gave me an estimate, and then it was summer, so they were backlogged. I think they knew when they gave me an estimate. The salesman and I went to school together, and I didn't realize it at the time, and I kept looking at his name tag and I told him that I knew him from somewhere.

Construction got off to a slow start. Was supposed to begin by late July, but did not actually begin until early September. I had to initiate all discussions about when construction would begin. Sometimes I was told "We will get back to you", but they did not. Sales rep promised 3 weeks start to finish. It took longer, but all construction was as promised by the sales rep and per the contract. All permits pulled per contract and all work passed on first inspection. Once the crew began work, they were great. Worked full days, 5 days-a-week. Mostly a 2-man crew and they gave me their company/personal cell phone numbers so that I could call them direct if needed. Quinton, team lead, was very professional, explained in great detail everything they were doing and why. He was very patient with this homeowner. At the end of the day he would let me know what time they would arrive the next day and their plans for that day. As promised by Champion, we had the same team work on our sunroom every day. Only shingling the roof and electrical work were sub-contractors. Quinton and his team kept the work area very clean, picking up every afternoon. Their construction materials and tools were neatly arranged when finished for the day. Their work passed our homeowners Architectural Control Committee inspection on the first time. The final product is structurally sound and visually very appealing. Exactly what we envisioned and thought we were getting!

My experience was not good. The first time they were suppose to come, they did not show up. About 2 weeks later, they re-scheduled. The brought the wrong color and sizes for the window. Then, the door took 50 days to come in. After that, we just had them install the door and we canceled all the other orders. The door did turn out nice. I do not have good things to say about them.

We were very pleased with Champion.

The team arrived on time and seemed friendly. They outlined what they would do and about how long it would take. They finished about when expected; however, that's about where the pleasantness of the experience ends. They ordered the wrong sidelights and transom, but they apparently didn't check the order before they began the install. I pointed out to them that there were supposed to be gridlines in them and they replied, "yeah, they'll have to come back out and replace those," as if they had already figured out the error. Fast forward 6 weeks and the new sidelights & transom arrived. I took a day off of work (I was on maternity leave when we scheduled the original work to be done) so I could be there while the work was performed. The installer shattered the transom during installation banging in the plugs that cover the screw holes. Also, they beat up the trim around the door during the removal/installation of the correct sidelights/transom. To make matters worse, the plugs aren't even completely flush and it's very obvious that it's not factory new at this point. We call to discuss our concerns. Their response...well, that's going to happen any time you have work done on the door, and those plugs are installed flush by a machine at the factory and you'll never be able to get them flush after the fact. Yes, I get that, BUT if you had just checked the order to begin with and reordered a new one BEFORE installing it, this wouldn't have been the case. The manager indicates he will come out during the next install to ensure we are satisfied. Fast forward another 8 weeks and the second new transom arrives. I take yet another day off work to be there during the installation. This time they cracked the frame around the door during installation, they've further scratched up the white door, left numerous white patch putty marks on the sheetrock around the door, and the screw hole plugs look awful. The installation tech goes to the store and brings back a piece of flat white(primer white) trim that he nails up to cover up the fact that he has cracked the door. It is very obvious...and I had seen the crack already. We begin to escalate the phone calls as they initially go unanswered. By this point we are very frustrated, the door looks anything but new, and we've had to waste a great deal of time getting it taken care of. The project manager finally comes out and we pointed out all of the issues we have. He says he can't do anything about the plugs and begins to explain again how they're set flush in the factory by a machine, etc. Again, if you hadn't installed the incorrect parts, you wouldn't have had to drill through the factory placed plugs to begin with....and THAT wasn't our fault. By this point we are clearly beating a dead horse. Several paint touch ups to the door and a new piece of beveled trim over the crack later, we decide we've had all we can stand and we declare the job passable enough to be complete. They capitulated to a discount in the final price that we had to negotiate far too hard for given the ordeal.

The job went well. The contractor returned promptly to address 2 minor problems.

Previously, they have replaced 3 doors and 4 other windows. I find them to be very responsive and if there is an issue, they work to resolve it quickly. They stand behind their products and I have been well satisfied with their products and service.

Great. They were able to work with our schedule. Professional and curious. The doors were ordered and they came in earlier then expected and the work was scheduled and serviced in the time frame we needed.

Ok. The weather was a factor. The addition was stick built with nine large windows,. We had some issues at times but Champion worked them out to our satisfaction. Their builder was Steve Thayer and he was great.

Tom Watkins arrived - no samples only thing he was interested in was porch. He did NOT bring anything for carport. Did not seem like a salesperson. Watkins did not seem happy to be here - almost as energetic as myself (I am ill). He did make a complaint for the issues we have from 1 1/2 yrs ago from our window installation. I had tried to get to talk to someone then. Never got past leaving a message. Amanda is a receptionist who answers the phone at store. Not knowledgable about these products. Sounds like she could care less. I was in show room a wk ago - no sales people offered to help me - only saw 1 there. Amanda did not have anyone there who could help me after I ask for help.

They were punctual and matched the product to my old siding perfectly. You cannot tell one from another. They cleaned up really well and I didn't have any scraps left lying around. They did everything they said they would.

Everything from the estimate to the installation went great. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

3 of 4 windows fit and operated well. fourth lower sash wrapped- Bad sash replaced, no charge.

They completed the job in one day. Employees were professional, competent, and well mannered. Cleaned up after themselves. Excellent Job! I was very please with their performance. I had been recommended by two friends that also purchased windows from Champion.

Very pleased with Champion from the sales rep to James the installer. Would highly recommend Champion
