Description of Work: Champion replaced two windows in our dining room. We had used them previously to put four windows in the kitchen and three exterior doors. We love the appearance of the windows and doors. They are energy efficient and easy to clean. The installers were actually early for the appointment. They were very professional and completed all work to our satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone looking to replace doors or windows.

Description of Work: I have 3 exterior doors and 6 windows by Champion. I wish all my windows were Champion. No leaks, a dream to clean, and they look great. Service after the sell is incredible. In 5 years I've needed an adjustment twice, and they were here very quickly, corrected the issue and left with no charge. I can't say enough good things about Champion.

Description of Work: I haven't hired anyone yet to replace my windows. But, Champion Windows in Knoxville is closed and was told they won't reopen for at least 18 months. You might want to remove them from the List options for windows. Thank you.

Description of Work: Replaced all of my windows and sliding glass door. The seal on most of the windows broke and they are replacing all of my windows and the door. This happened 10 years after installation. Seems there is a known problem with the seals on products produced in 2004-2006. They are standing behind their lifetime guarantee.

Description of Work: I had eleven old windows removed and replaced with new vinyl double pane windows. I also had a bay window replaced in the front of my house.

They caulked behind the windows to seal them up. They explained everything they were doing very thoroughly and did a really good job. They were professionals to the tee.

They put the new windows in and they looked good when they were finished. I really thought they took pride in their work and they were very pleasant people to be around.
