Description of Work: Two separate projects - Removed wood flooring, applied leveling compound, and added new wood flooring. One coat of paint on the walls, two coats on the base board and shoe molding. Second project, convert our screened patio into an all season room including HVAC. Overall, the project went well. It took a little longer than expected because of problems removing the old wood flooring ( glued to the slab). We are very pleased with the outcome - both to the flooring and to the all season room.

Description of Work: Repaired cracks and re-textured ceiling. Repaired nail holes in walls. Painted walls and ceiling. Sanded, primed, and painted all trim. In and out in 3 days. |Always arrived on time. Saw no wasted motion. Found one roller skip and a few runs but overall did a good job.

Description of Work: Exterior painting of siding, gutters and downspouts plus fixed damaged siding with insulation. Also used them for painting of wood paneling in the TV room. Exterior painting completed in 1 1/2 days and interior painting in one day. They also helped move furniture and used low VOC paint.

Description of Work: Painted 2 rooms. Went well. They over-estimated the amount of paint required so we have an extra gallon of paint I am unlikely to use.

Description of Work: They painted our kitchen, bathroom and two rooms upstairs. They did a very good job but the cabinet doors in the kitchen were installed upside down. They corrected the problem. We had some wind damage to our siding. They repaired it and did a good job. They also painted our porch floor and columns. It was well done. This was done on separate occasions. The first job was in the fall of 2013, the second around October of 2014.

Description of Work: The work was completed on time, but the supervisor never inspected the job once it was completed. This would have been helpful. The quality of the overall job was not completed to our expectations. After the workers had departed and the repairs had cured, there were noticeable defects in the the repairs. The workers were good, clean, hard working, and very polite. They were not provided with the equipment that was required to perform the the work safely. The job required the repair and repainting of 23 foot high ceiling that was done from a twelve foot step ladder. Originally the contract called for scaffolding (an extra 500.00 cost). They got their money and was never heard from again! No We will not recommend them to know you. Friends and family that saw the finished work was shocked how bad the job turned out. We would say the the job was satisfactory the day the finished, but as we said after it all dried and the paint and dust settled the next day, you can see the discolor and other defects.

Description of Work: Painted upper level of inside including loft; calked outside high windows. They stayed to finish the last day and that was fine with us. I plan to have them return next year to paint the lower level.

Description of Work: CertaPro came first to our house for painting. They did a wonderful job and we plan to use them again for some more painting! While here I found out they do other work and I hired them to install kitchen back splash tile, replace ceiling drywall and repair a bowed frame in the basement wall. Every job was very professional and complete. I am so happy with their services and plan to use them again! Would highly recommend!!
