I was not happy with the quality of their work or the paint they used. The gentleman who runs the company is great to work with, very professional, very punctual. I think they need to get better painters.

For the price I paid, they did a good job. There were a few runs where the sprayer had malfunctioned, but it looked good. The workers were nice and neat, and they came on time.

I loved their work. They came in on very short notice and were very quick to complete the job. The quality of the work was great and they were very professional. The pricing was a bit high but I got what I paid for.

As with another review, the work was done and the quality was okay, but getting it to that point was extremely frustrating and time consuming. They accidentally sprayed a friend's entire car with my house paint color. I had to make 2 phone calls to get the car detailed and the paint removed. They painted areas I did not want painted. They stained with the wrong color stain. They even over sprayed my potted plants on the screened porch ( the fact that the plants were sitting there should have been clue one that the area was not to be painted. I don't fault the employees (the ones who actually do the work) as much as management. Why? Even after I complained about problems above and many others, the franchise (Yes they ARE franchised) owner was extremely rude and sarcastic to me. For example, when I complained about the paint on my friend's car, my potted plants, hot tub cover, and my deck furniture, he said that I should expect overspray like that when things get painted. Maybe this is true in his world, but in my world, I expect work to be done without creating more mess than work. I had some "carpentry work" done as well, which I also had to call to get completed properly. And they overcharged for it, example: I had one 12x12" panel in one garage door replaced. They slapped a piece of plywood on it and charged me over $100 just for that part of the "carpentry" work they did.

I was originally given an estimate of $4200 and was told that the carpentry work might run "a little bit" more if there were problems. I was also told that they could start in about a week and that it would take about a week to complete. It took over three weeks to complete the job and cost $5,880. The carpenter did give me a new estimate on the first day, but at that point I had already waited for them to start and they had already begun, so I felt like I was stuck with them. I'm trying to get my house on the market ASAP and thought it would just be quicker to keep them, even if it was going to cost more. I got irritated on the last day, when both the carpenters and the painters had to return to re-do incomplete work. I then was charged an additional $200 that was not in the second estimate and they tried to charge me twice for the additional deck stain. The work looks nice, but in the end I felt like I was taken advantage of financially.

My e-mail was answered promptly and Tom arrived on time to provide an estimate. I thought it was a little high, but my home does require a great deal of detail work and includes some wooden windows on a third story. Jeff called to say they had a team available immediately, rather than two weeks later as I'd been promised and I accepted. Fred called promptly and everyday of the job to let me know either that he was coming or wouldn't come because of expected weather. He and his associate painted the house in a little over a week of working days, with a few lost to weather. I was generally quite happy with his work. When I pointed out additional trim areas that needed caulking, he complied without complaint. He did drip paint on my enamel garage doors, but covered the areas with matching paint and I noted it in my evaluation and warranty. He was always very polite and accommodating.

They were the only company that showed up on time for my estimate, they gave me references without being asked, a printed version of my estimate rather than a hand written ones I received from other contractors that were hard to read. They were about half the price too. But the real value was in the service. They were very responsive, careful, and went the extra mile several times with repair work to walls without any change in price to the original estimate. They also followed up with me to make sure I was happy with their service.

The estimate was done in a timely fashion, but the work was delayed for several weeks because of weather. We were told that someone from the office would call to schedule the work. Instead, the painter himself, a subcontractor called. This was cause for concern because we didn't know this person. However, he did show up when he said he would and did a good job.

The work we had done in our master bedroom and bathroom wasnt inexpensive. Certa Pro did a very good job though. Those rooms required a ton of work to get that old wallpapering off of the walls. Our experience with Certa Pro was very good, and we felt that they did excellent work in our home.

We'd agreed that they would do certain things, like replace some nails with screws which they didn't do. Also, afterwards we found a banister handrail they didn't bother to screw in properly. Other than that, they did a good job on the painting.

They were wonderful. Everything was perfect. they were higher but their professionalism and the fact that they could show that they were bonded and insured impressed us.

After we looked the painting we could see that they were very detail oriented. About five guys did the work and finished in a few days. We'd recommend them highly. Certa Pro did an excellent job

Certa Pro workers did an excellent job. It took about four workers, ten days to complete the job. They cleaned up well after themselves and included a two year warranty. They didn't charge any money up front and even called afterwards, to check if we were happy with the work.
