Century 21 Select Properties

This review is of our buying agent, Jeannie Alley. She is an affiliate broker for Century 21 Select Properties in the Bearden area. Jeannie worked with us through several months of indecision--back and forth between acreage, building lots and finally, a condo. To say she had the patience of Job would be an understatement. We are new to the community and wanted a Realtor who new the area and would steer us toward communities of better re-sale potential and convenience. Jeannie absolutely out did every expectation we had with grace, honesty, humor and above all, professionalism. She was supported by her broker and administrative staff who could get answers to us quickly, sometimes within minutes. She was always available, if not by phone or email, then by text. There wasn't one request we made of her that she didn't respond to; whether simple directions to a property or digging out obscure plat maps. She is a wonderful ambassador for Knoxville and Century 21 Select Properties. We wouldn't hesitate a second to have her represent us again with the sale or purchase of a home........and neither should you. We recommend her, without question!

Accessible!! Always returned calls and messages in a timely manner. Made herself available to talk or show property sometimes with little notice. Professional!! Knows her markets and real estate ethics in and out! Very thorough and takes the time to walk you through the process with care and precision. Only know one other Realtor with such professionalism, honesty and diligence. Jeannie is one in a million in an industry that too often earns people's wrath for questionable practices. Patient and Caring!! Took the time to learn about us and our ever-changing desires. Over several months, we went from looking at acreage to build on, single family dwellings, fixer-uppers and finally to a condo. Jeannie helped us work through the process without pushing us to make a decision. And, she stuck with us for several months as we learned about the community and decision that suited our lifestyle, today. Wants and needs are 2 different things and Jeannie knows the difference. She became our sounding board and reality checker without bias. Industrious!! She is the epitome of a multi-tasker; balancing home and work, raising a son with her husband and honoring a family work ethic, especially her grandfather's. She is one great person and Realtor.
