 + -1 moreTook an old mountain bike to their shop on Kingston Pike for a repair estimate. Intention was to make it a safe recreational rider. It was a decent hard tail aluminum frame with a mid level front shock. I was ready to spend a fair amount of money to bring the bike to good recreational riding condition. The technician found flaws with the wheel sets that I had not seen. After a review of the components that needed to be replaced we decided that it would be better to just buy a new entry level bike for flat recreational riding. Frank advice from the shop was appreciated. They did not just start an expensive repair process which I was ready to begin.
Description of Work: Reviewed the general condition of a bicycle before I committed to repairs.

 + -1 moreI love this store! The extra money you spend on a quality bike is worth it! Having bought some cheaper bikes at other big box type stores and being frustrated, went to try out these bikes and the investment is totally worth it! Have been back several times to purchase accessories and they are always friendly and helpful - knowledgeable about the local trails around town, spend time with you to make sure that you have exactly what you need. Will never buy another cheap bike again!
Description of Work: Went to look at purchasing a bike - their customer service is exceptional. They worked to find the best bike to suit me and my needs - didn't try to upsell me on anything and infact told me what I did not need to spend money on.
