I can only say very nice things about them. They came when they said they would come and they cleaned and brought the rugs back when we wanted them.

were very professional and went right to work. very nice people.

He showed up around 9:15 am and was very knowledgable and professional. Provided me with details on whcih stains could be cleaned and what would remain. After measuring, he provided me with the options (same as the office described when I made the appointment) The price was very close to phone estimate. Once we made the choice he set to work. He stopped to let us view the progress and answered any questions. He was able to remove more stains than he thought, (3 glue stains made by previous contracter over 4 years prior). I will definately call and use them again, they even called to make sure all was ok two days after work was done.

They technician was very professional and removed several spots of dog urine. I was very pleased. I had used another national carpet cleaning franchise a few months prior to clean the whole house carpet and I wish I had used Carr's then as well. They did a much better job than the franchise.

I want them to return next time I need my carpets cleaned.

They can be pricey with the Oriental rugs but they use new equipment that is supposed to preserve the rugs.

Didn't damage the rugs or the flooring underneath the rugs while cleaning them. They came into my house and did this. I have about seven of these rugs that needed very careful cleaning and they did and absolutely fabulous job. I would love to call them back and have them do the remaining carpets in my entire home again. All my neighbors have used them as well for rugs and even draperies and have praised their work.

They were not able to come on the day that the appointment was originally set on, because of the extra work that they had to do at the morning appointment. During the day I was keep up on what was going on, and was rescheduled for the first thing the next day. Once the workman arrived he went right to work, and worked hard the five hours he was at the house. I was amazed at how well the carpet cleaned up. He was even able to get out the pet stains that I did not think would clean up. Everyone that I worked with were very nice and good to work with. The only problem that I had was not caused by them. The cost is higher then the other companies, however the work that they do is worth it.

The young man who did the cleaning was prompt, courteous, and very thorough. There were spots on the stairs I'd tried to get up with carpet cleaning products that didn't work, but he got them totally clean. It was a rainy day, so he was extra careful to dry his equipment off after carrying it from his truck to our front porch. All in all, I had no complaints at all. This company is expensive, as they will quickly tell you, but in my opinion it is worth the cost not to have to worry about someone doing a sloppy job or damaging your property.

The work was outstanding and I was very pleased with the service. They did not take a long time to clean the carpets and they were not soaking wet when they were finished. I was impressed and I will be recommending them to other people.

Everything went fantastic. They did a great job with everything. It was a lot different than others I have used in the past. They were very careful, they even protected the corners of the house with plastic guards. I am very pleased.

I think that the carpets look great. They are an awesome company and they make sure to really get the job done while making it convenient for you. I would recommend them and say that they are very professional. Our overall experience was fantastic.

They came out and they did an awesome job. I even had a spot and they guy was not sure if it would come up or not. Their work is satisfaction guaranteed so I called them back and told them the spot did not come out. The man came out and removed the spot absolutely free of charge. They are nice people to deal with. They gave me a coupon that if I refer a friend, they will give me a discount on my next cleaning. They were just so careful with everything.

Carr s is a company with whom I have been dealing with for ten years now because they take care of my carpets and rugs and do so with ease. The same man comes each time and their employee retention is quite impressive. The work they do is always phenomenal and they remove stains that other people probably could not. Price-wise, they are a little expensive but to me, it is really worth the money because the level of care you receive is so outstanding. They also have wonderful follow-up. They contact me to see if I was pleased with how things turned out and things of that nature. To me, that is indicative of a fine business.

They moved all of the furniture out of the room when they cleaned the carpet and moved it all back in when they were finished. They didn t damage anything and they finished the job quick and efficiently. I didn t know what it cost because my wife handled that.

They left the floor really wet and all you could see was a bunch of dirt splatters on the wall. It was just done recently and it was still kind of a mess. I really didn t understand how companies would be allowed to get away with this highway robbery. They left me with a wet floor and a bill.

We have used Carrs for four years now and are very pleased with their service. They moved our furniture and pulled up all stains that they could. The carpets dried overnight. It took them a few hours to do the work.

Carrs only came once, and we wouldnt hire them again only because they were too expensive. They didnt move any furniture and did a good job pulling up stains. Everything dried quickly.

They used a chemical solution to clean my carpets. They did an excellent job when they cleaned them. I had to call them back one time, because they didn t clean under a couple of tables. They didn t have a problem re-doing it at no charge. They would give you a guarantee on their work.

The carpet was very clean when he left, and I was really impressed with the job that he did. The guy was very nice and courteous and he was on time. It is a good professional company with professional service.

Carr s Rug Cleaning did a wonderful job on the carpets. The carpets look great. They forgot to do a closet but came to do it. I was happy with the service. The workers were professional. I would rather not say what I paid but it was a fair price. I would recommend them to others.
