Built the home way to fast, in under Sixty days. He has a One Year Warranty, but we have lived here for 19 Month's and are still waiting for him to finish repairs. He is hard to get in touch with, and does not check back to see if we are getting the work finished.

The person who wrote the negative review does not own a Carl Perry Home. He was married to the woman who paid for the home and had it build in 2010. She managed to have him removed from the home when she divorced him last year. The actual home owner has apologized to Carl Perry and Terri Mason for the untruth and attempt to slander their business her ex husband [member name removed], has attempted to do. Angie and her Mother now live in the home and do nothing but praise Carl Perry for their Beautiful Craftsman Cottage Style Quality built Home. Here are a couple recent reviews for Carl Perry Construction; [name removed] of Knoxville TN wrote: Carl built our house last year, and we had a years builders warranty to cover incidentals that may come up..they would fix..no questions asked...I have to say, that' s exactly what they did..we had a few minor things that popped up over the last few months that needed to be taken care of..and they got all the subs in and got everything done quickly..the subs are curtious and on time..thank you.
