James came out today to do our regularly scheduled outdoor spray and was able, upon my request, to also spray for a spider issue we are having inside. He explained what he planned to do and was very polite. I enjoyed speaking with him. We’ve been using this company since 2011.

I had had 4 service treatments with Bulwark, and each time they have been great! Dustin has been my treatment technician everytime, the constancy has helped me feel confident my needs are being addressed. With each treatment; Dustin will send me a text as to when he will be arriving and also sends a follow up message once he has completed my service. Seeing the same employees, eludes me to believe Bulwark offers a positive work environment that encourages staff retention. If the Tennessee wilderness could maybe “cool it” on bug production, I would add 100 more ⭐️’s for Angi’s people to smile about!

Brad came out for a free in between service and took the time to explain earwig habitats/activity. He also cleaned out spiderwebs and replaced floor traps. He was polite and even took the time to interact with my curious toddler and dog. Thanks again!

They are amazing, our guy Andrew is extremely helpful and always takes time to get everywhere.

Our technician Brad came out arriving right on time. After explaining what issues we were having he told me what treatment he thought would be best. Brad gave a heavy treatment outside and then a thorough treatment in the bedrooms, bathrooms, living room and kitchen. He made sure to use a spray that was safe for our pets.

Matt did a fantastic job! He was very thorough about cleaning all the spider webs from around the outside of the house and then did a heavy treatment. I have nothing but great things to say and highly recommend Bukeark.

Our technician, Brad from Bulwark Pest Control did an excellent job. He began the process of exterminating the carpenter ants that our in our house. He was informative and polite.

Steve with Bulwark Exterminating always does an excellent job. He provides great customer service and is always professional. He has been treating my yard and home for several months now and the bugs are at bay!! I have him fog my yard for mosquitoes and it has been great sitting outside in the evenings with no mosquito bites. If you have not tried it I totally recommend it. Also it is pet and child safe after drying. Thank You for the excellent service and I look forward to many more months of being insect free!! Thank You!!

Matthew did a great job! He was right on time and he gave me a 25 minute notice (call) before arriving. He was very professional and informing. He did his job and let us know verbally what he did and where before he left. I called Bulwark at 9am due to having ants inside our home, he arrived by 6:00pm., (within the time frame I agreed to.., this was not our normally monthly treatment but a same day call and service . Thank you!

Andrew performed great service, explained to me the nature of the insects life cycle and how he would treat them and reassured me of the effectiveness of treatment. He answer my concern of how to get rid of existing ones that had died and need to be cleared from the premises.

Matt came out the next day after our call about a lot of wasp activity. Matt was here first thing and quickly found and treated a couple of nests. He also treated to maintain protective barrier and knocked down spider webs. This was a treatment in between our quarterly scheduled treatments. Bulwark always responds quickly if something is needed between treatments. Matt was great in quickly identifying and treating the wasp nests as well as being friendly and going the extra mile to look for any other issues and took care of everything!

Bulwark Exterminating has kept my new house cleaned of bugs or to the minimum for 3 months so far. I had the bug spray yesterday by James and now I have not seen a bug on my property since.
