The service went very well with the pest control agent showing up on time. He was prompt and courteous and very polite. He was in and out of the house within half an hour. The only issue was that we were told we would get a call before the agent showed up, but we did not.

We used to have a contract with Wolfe pest control and they were bought out by Bulwark. We have had a good experience with Bulwark. They are thorough and responsive to what we need done

He went throughout the home and treated the inside and outside of windows. Wiped down any bugs that fell or were there. He went in to the fireplace and treated it when it was open, then closed it so no more bugs can get in that way. He had a long pole that had a duster head on it that took down cob webs from high places that I could never reach. He went outside and treated all the entry areas like pipes, vents, cracks, etc. where insects could get in. He was careful not to get any dust or dirt in my house every time he entered. He went outside and took down a wasp's nest that was extremely high. It was at the very top of the A on the second story of my house but he got it down. He also treated the garage and around the stacks of boxes and items that we store in there making sure to get any spiders and their egg sacks. I'm not too sure what's going to happen with the Kudzu bugs. I've heard that they are hard to get rid of because they fly around, don't have a nest, and are attracted to light colored houses, (mine is white). I will wait to see what happens. 10/23/2013 (2 days later)... The Kudzu bugs are starting to go away little by little so I guess they aren't too fond of the insectiside that was used. SO HAPPY that they are leaving!!!! I haven't seen anything else either. Excellent job guys.

This company took over/bought Wolf Pest Control and have continued with quality service. We have used them for three years and have not had any problems with pests inside the house. The technician always calls before they are going to arrive. They are on-time and very curteous. If additional service is needed before the routine service, it is provided at no additional charge.

Great, the tech that usually comes to my home is pleasant, professional and really cares about the fact that I don't care for bugs in my home. He goes the extra mile for my concerns and explains things to me in a manner that I can comprehend. Really like this service and have been with this company now for one year now.

I had problems with ants before. No matter what I did I couldn’t get rid of them. I have been really happy with the service. If I do have a problem, I can call them and they will come back out. It seems a little expensive, but it’s reasonable for the quality of service. They do what they say they will and I don’t have any problems with spiders or ants anymore. The company changed from Wolf to Bulwark about a year ago. Service is good. I pay $79.00/every 2 months.

We are pleased with them. This company was bought by a previous company we had been using. We didn’t notice a decrease in quality of service.

I don’t feel that we got our monies worth. They said they would eliminate all spiders and my wife continues to see spiders. The guy was only here about 20 minutes spraying. We question how affective he was. He has only been here once, but they are supposed to come back every other month. I don’t know if we will continue services with them.

They have been really great, except for the last time they came. The last technician who came was breezing through and not doing a thorough job. He seemed like her was in a hurry. Apparently he was behind because the week before he had had a family emergency. This was the first time we had met this particular technician and he didn’t make that good of a first impression, but we are willing to give him another chance because we don’t know his personal situation. We want to give him the benefit of the doubt. Normally, we don’t have any problems with this company or their technicians.

We have been using them for about 6 months. So far, it has been okay. They took over another company I had been using for years. There has been little change in the quality of service since the switchover. It was a seamless transition. The price is around $400/year, which includes termite control.

After moving into our new home, we discovered there was a large number of spiders in our yard and in our garage. A representative from Wolf Pest Control was servicing our neighbor's home and offered to inspect and spray our yard while he was there. He discovered multiple spider hole and web in our yard, including evidence of black widows. I signed up for a bi-monthly package on the spot. The spiders are gone and I haven't seen any insects in the house. Highly recommended!

They cold called me in my new home. Very professional. I decided to try them for a year at least. So far, I am very pleased.

The first time they came out they did a very thorough spray of the interior, the yard and the exterior of the house. They also took care of a wasp's nest that had taken up residence inside my mailbox. Because we just bought the house and because it had been vacant for a few years before we purchased it, there were a lot of bugs, specifically spiders. Especially in the unfinished basement. The technician swept all the webs up and sprayed very thoroughly there. He also went under my deck and sprayed under there. The first treatment was good but by the end of one month the bugs were back. The technician came out again, retreated the interior and exterior and this time, I also had him spray the crawlspace we have. It has been two months now and the results are vastly improved. Also, I should mention that both times the young man who has come out is very polite and helpful. I am very pleased with this company.

When they came out, their rep was courteous and professional. He did not rush through the job, and took time to explain what he was doing and what was to be expected. He was here for over an hour, was very friendly, and explained everything he was doing. All and all, we are very pleased with them and glad we chose them. We have no complaints! We highly recommend Wolfe Exterminators as they are definitely a step above anyone we have used in Chattanooga for the past 40 years.

They do a good job but they need to train their help because it is a problem. The billing is fine. I called and asked that they not send one guy back again because he sprayed stuff all over the furniture and broke the shrubs. It was poor but it was just one employee so it is hard to rate the whole company on one bad experience. I've only been using them for 6 months. They are very expensive. I will use them for probably another few months.

I have a one year contract with them and have been using them for the last two months. Initially they come out for the first two months and then on every other month for the rest of the year. They are really very thorough and they sprayed way up in my house, probably half way up or so. They have been more thorough than a lot of exterminators. I have been real pleased with them.

They are wonderful. The good thing about t hem, no matter when or what time you call and say you say an insect they come back out and spray the whole thing. The price is not outrageous at all, it's very reasonable.

They claimed they could get rid of carpenter bees when we had a problem with them. I will continue to use them in the future.

They are excellent. When we hired them they were a little bit more expensive but they come out and remove all the cobwebs from around our house. They don't just spray for bugs; they also do the cobweb removal. We had a bird’s nest near our back porch and I emailed them to tell the technician not to spray near the bird’s nest the next time they came out because the chemicals would kill the birds. They were excellent. They wrote back and said they would make sure and they did make sure. When the guy got here he knew not to touch the back porch area. I was totally amazed. They are a very good company.

I paid for a year in advance. The price was reasonable. If I needed to, I would use them again in the future.
