They did a very fine job. They were punctual and did a good job. I had no trouble with them.

It went very well. There was no charge yesterday. They came when they said they were going to come and they did what they said they were going to do. The price is okay. My son's provider is a little cheaper. The quality has been okay because our insects' lives have diminished. They are right on time. We have a contract with them to come back every 3 months.

Great! They come quarterly. They come out every time I call them and the are here within a couple of hours or the next day. They go above and beyond.

I would recommend them because of their reliability. There was not anything particularly outstanding about the technician's professionalism.

Everything has gone very well. They were able to come out the same week that I bought the deal, they've been very thorough, and the technicians have been very courteous as well as respectful of the house. They also follow up to ensure we're happy with the service and encourage us to call with any issues. We've actually signed a service contract with them because we're so impressed.

The scheduled a convenient time for us. Arrived on time and provided a great service . Outside Bugs disappeared immediately.

Our technician was very helpful and explained everything. He successfully killed everything downstairs, which was great. We are not seeing as many ants upstairs, but they are still there. He will have to do more on this on his next visit.

The technician arrived on time and seemed to know what he was doing, but I did have a second incursion of ants to which he responded quickly which I appreciated. I can't grade the quality of the work or the treatment just yet.

When he arrived he was a very nice guy and very professional. I showed him where the attic was, which doesn't have a pull-down door with ladder steps. He had to drive back to the office to pick up a ladder which was fine. He came back, inspected the attic and took care of all issues. He then sprayed inside all outlets on any exterior wall and knocked down cobwebs. One thing that bothered me a little was a "contract" he made me sign saying I agreed to have them come out every quarter for $100 to reinspect and spray again. I inquired about why this was necessary and was told that it wasn't a traditional contract and I could opt out at any time, which seemed different than what the actual paperwork said. As long as they hold up to me not committing to regular service then we're good! I called his office and bragged on him, but also to make sure I didn't need to exercise a three-day cancel since I had no intentions of using further treatment unless it was on my own accord. I was also assured by the office that it wouldn't be required, which I accepted. Overall I am very pleased with the service and haven't had any issues since. I would highly recommend them and I do intend to use them again in the future.

There were no troubles with scheduling and no additional fees. They mainly focused on the interior, but they did treat the exterior as well. I still had some issues and they came out twice for no additional charge. Everything turned out just fine. I will be signing up for their quarterly treatments in the future.
