Their local representative for the Chattanooga area (Jordan) is a great and a professional person. Upon agreement with the company over e phone, an appointment was scheduled. The appointment was honored on time and Jordan did a great job to treat the inside of the home thoroughly. Since it was raining, we rescheduled the outside treatment for a week later through their online representative who called after the initial visit. Again, Jordan came on time and treated the outside with granuals as it was raining as well during this second visit. He offered to revisit in a weeks time to redo the external with liquid treatment. Jordan reemphasized the point that he is ready to come back any number of times as required if we notice any pests between routine treatments. The same was reiterated by the company representatives over the phone. So far, and it is still early stage, I feel we are in safe and professional and courteous hands with this company and we intend to stay with them as long as we continue to get this class of service.

Punctual, flexible w/ my time/schedule, professional, nice guy as well. I would recommend them and do plan to use them again, however treatment was only 2 days ago so I stand by the above assuming the bugs don't come back!

There was no additional cost. It wasn't as effective as I thought it was going to be. I got back with them. They were going to meet me one day. But, our schedule conflicted and I never called back. So, it's partially my fault.

They arrived on time and worked quickly to accomplish the task.

Apparently this company is under new management and Tyler is whipping everything into shape. I was disappointed in my first experience. After speaking with Tyler over the phone he convinced me to let them have another chance. I am beyond happy that I did. This a totally different company now. Extremely professional. Excellent service.

Technician was extremely professional and throughout. He explained what he was going to do and how the service works.

Very professional - have seen a large decline in crickets, spiders and other insects.

The guy they sent out only half did his job. He seemed to be lazy. The product that he used did not work. I had to call them back out the second time. They did not charge me the second time but it was the aggravation. When they came the next time I had to call them back AGAIN. The service man asked me for my keys to the basement and I gave them to him. After an hour he had not came back to return my keys. I went out side and he had left. He hung my keys on my MAIL BOX! These keys were the keys to a Honda, VW, house key, basement key and key to a safe!!! I told them I did not want him to service my home again. It does not take a rocket scientist to know better than to do that. Anyone walking by could have seen my keys and taken them. The Honda was sitting in the carport!! They sent someone else out this time and he ran into my carport and damaged it. Two of my neighbors saw him. He even got out of his truck and looked at the damage he did and he got back in his truck and left. My husband and I had no idea what had happened because we were not at home when he serviced our home. After my neighbor called me and told me, I reported it to the company. They responded immediately. They talked to the man that did it and I was told by the manager that the driver did not know he hit it. I told them I had 2 witnesses. They agreed to pay for it.

It’s been going pretty well. They treat and by the time it’s time to treat again, I’m beginning to see improvement. They tell me I can call at any time and they’ll come out and I haven’t done that except once and that’s because most of the evidence is outside. All except on time, they’ve been here when they said they were going to be.

They are working out. I’ve been using them for about 6 months. They spray for bugs but you will still going to get bugs. They do as good as they can.

I think they did a pretty good job. It is $85 every other month. The reason I give them a B is we have some ants on the second floor when I actually had the first set of company come over to my house. It is a new house and I haven't lived in that long so I am not really sure why they were there especially on the second floor.

They are doing fine. I don't have any specific complaints but unless I requested, they only treat the outside of the house which is probably satisfactory in most conditions. When they sold me the product, I assumed they would come into the house as well but we also haven't had a problem with bugs and pests either. I don't think it's the cheapest I could get but I haven't done enough research to know if it's high. They show up when they say they're going to show up.

They do a great job and retreat at no cost between scheduled service dates.

Everything went as expected. They left us a list of all the chemicals they used in case we needed it.

After placing the order with Angies List for this service I was contacted by the company to set up an appointment and to discuss any follow up maintainence. I accepted a contract that will provide a quarterly inspection and treatment schedule for a price that I felt was reasonable and which I can cancel at any time. On the date and time that we had agreed upon their technician arrived promptly and on schedule, and inspected the area then proceeded to spray the insecticides both inside and outside the house. He then reviewed with me the contract that I had accepted and answered all my questions and told me that if I had any further problem with the ants I should contact the office and he would come back and do another treatment. To date I have had no further problems and am quite pleased with the service.

We have been in our home for nearly 15 years and have never had a bug problem but one night I turned on the kitchen light and realized that we DID have one! We had some servicing problems at first but Bulwark worked them out in a timely manner to our satisfaction. They had to return several times for the kitchen before we were rid of our pests. When they were told than my husband has COPD they changed the indoor formula that would be safer for him. That was very much appreciated. They spray outside the house each month but this time we had seen a few more critters and we asked them to spray the kitchen again and they did. They are dedicated to making the customer happy and will come back as often as required. At first we were worried we had made a bad decision, but they have changed our minds with their prompt and courteous service. We are still having problems because Bulwark sprays around the perimeter of your house but that doesn't help with the bugs that get inside or roaches. We have called them repeatedly, and they DO respond and have sprayed, at our continued requests,, but we still have the problem. Probably going to have to call another company, we can't allow this to continue to fall and winter..

He called before he arrived to make sure we knew he was coming, got right to work and did the job. very competent and professional.

It went pretty well, we have a few problems since then but I have forgotten all about that but it was only supposed to last for two months anyways, we have been very satisfied about the spiders, the ants we had to work on a little bit from outside but we have really had no trouble of interior pest issues, that worked. I didn't pay any extra. He was nice and complete, he was quiet prompt if I remember correctly. The took care of the biggest problems for a reasonable little time. I think it was a reasonable price.

Bulwark does our routine exterminating and comes out every 6 weeks or so. The truck drivers are always polite and helpful and always do their job in a timely manner. We haven't had any issues other than pesky carpenter bees and those are almost impossible to eliminate.

They are very friendly. Treat on time, and notify me of the schedule so I can request interior treatments if needed. They routinely do exterior treatments. Lots of dead bugs around. Very few live ones. Only complaint is they are supposed to remove spider webs,but occasionally those get left behind.

This was the 2nd time they came to the house for pest control services. The first time they treated inside and outside. Going forward they will treat the outside only every other month unless it is necessary to retreat the inside. They have shown up on time and were professional. I have definitely noticed a difference since the treatments began. I usually get ants inside every year but not this year. And thank goodness the spiders are significantly less than years past! That was my main concern and so far it has helped.

He arrived on time (actually a few minutes early), removed his shoes before coming in the house and was very thorough and informative. He made several helpful suggestions about closing out spaces where bugs could enter our home. He sprayed extra around a problem area off our screened porch. We will definitely call this company again!

They were fast and found wasp nests I had not located. Pesticide spray did not smell.
