We do not get any bugs that survive anymore, but we have a crack under a back door that mice are coming in. Bulwark set out sticky traps but we've yet to catch any mice. Bulwark also set bait boxes outside of our house. They are doing what they can to help the situation. I'm pleased with their attempts to help get rid of the mice.

After the initial treatment our noticing of pests in and around the house dropped 95%. We did have to call them and have them retreat the inside which they did free of charge. They maintain coverage for us and always notify when they will be there.

I have this treatment done every 3 months and never have problems with pests even though I have many guests who sometime bring in small visitors. If i see one it is only once or twice then I don't see them again. Allen Vosburg is always professional and politere . He minds me that if I have any problems with pests to call him and he will come back.

Excellent. No activity, but due to intense rains right before our visit, some of our Sentricon stations were covered with mud/leaves. The technician took it upon himself to find and extricate them. I am so sorry you had to do that, and I certainly appreciated your extra effort.

Well. We appreciate Allan Vosburg. He is a credit to Bulwark Exterminating. He takes into consideration the pets we have and he does a very thorough job in making sure our house and property is protected from annoying pests, he even hits the spider webs.

We saw a cockroach come out of a kitchen cabinet. Having just moved into the house we had also noticed mouse droppings in various places and felt that we wanted to get a handle on the problem immediately. Bulwark sent a gentleman to our home within a couple of days of our paying for a coupon offer with them. Whereupon we signed a contract with them to periodically come out and spray around the house outside and work with any problems we encounter. The man set traps and has come to empty any that caught a mouse. He sprayed, put down things that would get rid of the insect problem without harming our two small dogs. They have proceeded to check with us to see if anything else is needed or if they need to send someone to clean and reset traps. We could not be happier with the treatment we have received.

They were professional and courteous. In fact, my husband works nights and when he finally gets in bed in the morning, nothing wakes him up - the dogs barking, the doorbell ringing. Nothing. So they poor guy was trying to get him to answer and called me. It takes me 30 minutes to get from work to home, but he waited. He wasn't mad or anything. He did have to come back out. We had a real problem with those small sugar ants and it took two treatments to take care of them. We have signed up for a program where they come out every 2 months. Their customer service people are really awesome and helpful. I would highly recommend this company.

When we saw that these bugs were multiplying and not leaving(probably because of the heat on the back of our house)we called the exterminator. Initially I was told that no service technician would be available until November 1, which was five days away. I had already placed a call to Allen Vosburg, and when he returned my call and found that we would have to wait five days for service, he offered to stop by and do the spraying the following day. He had job a few minutes from our home, so it did not take him out of the area. Months ago Allen sprayed for tiny ants that resisted all our attempts to disappear, and he also did a fine job and the ants have never reappeared. He is a valuable employee and we always feel confident in the job he does.

Allen Vosburg does a great job. This was my first experience with an exterminator, and let me tell you...it is money well spent. I don't worry about bugs being in the house as everything is gone. My house is bug free thanks to being on the every other month spraying schedule.

Bulwark regularly provides pest control for our house. We found a hornet's nest in a bush near our road. We called Bulwark and Allen Vosburg, Territory Manager, promptly returned our call. He came out right away and and destroyed the nest and killed the hornets and did not charge us for this service which was out of scope for the services they perform for our house.

This company is very concerned about the quality of their service and their reputation. Would definitely use them again!
