Service Technician Roger James did a great job, as he has done over the last two years. He sprayed where I asked him to and in places that I had not even considered. His outside spraying or spreading pest control material.

I wasn't home at the time of the inspection, but a thorough results page was left in the door. I appreciate being informed when inspections are to be done, and you can count on inspections being completed when promised.

Then Technician on 12/07/2017 called as asked when he was 30 minutes out. It was early to the appointment. He listened to my concerns and addressed them quickly and proficiently. He gave me his name and told me to call and ask for him personally and he would schedule to get right back out if there were any concerns or the bug/spider issue didn't resolve. We have had zero problems and will use them again

Our tech, Will, came to do our bimonthly service. He did an excellent job and made sure to address any issues that we might have. He's the best tech we have had so far and I appreciate his thoroughness.

Will was my technician and he was prompt, friendly, knowledgable and thorough. The price below is paid every 2 months. I have used them for 5-6 years and have had no problem with their service. When I have had a specific issue, they have taken care of it to my satisfaction. They will come back out between scheduled services to address anything if needed. I would recommend them.

Will Roark from Bulwark was incredibly professional and knowledgeable and time efficient. He was also very friendly and informative. He called earlier than the appointment time to tell me he was already in the area and could come earlier if that would work for me. It actually really helped me that he was early. Bulwark has always been punctual every time they've come to my house. And their services are effective. I haven't had any bug problems since using Bulwark. And even if you do see something, you can ask them to come spray again and they won't charge you extra. I definitely love their service and Will was excellent.

Prompt service at a fair price. Best price "required" repeated service every two months, which we will need this year. Bulwark is somewhat flexible on the dates/frequency. They have been easy to work with, and have called numerous times to ensure I am getting adequate service (dropped off extra inside "bait stations" when requested - no extra cost) and understand options.
