Very well, they are very thorough and follow-up to see if you have issues after they have performed their service and left.

Will Roark and another man worked at it for 15 or 20 minutes, but, since it takes time for these treatments to work, I won't know for a while. They performed the same service last fall and again every two months until now, but I still have fire ants, so I am not very optimistic about this application. Will cheerfully treated my interior after asking about what pests I have noticed (a spider, a silver fish, and a lady bug.) I was given a choice of "green" products or regular. This application was between the bi-monthly scheduled visits so there was no charge.

Will Roark was our servicer, was very professional, personable and responsive to potential problem areas reported acting to eliminate them as requested.

Very easy to set up an appointment with Jamie, and Bulwark called to confirm the day before and the morning of the appointment. Prompt and courteous service from Jeremy & Will.

Bilwark has a nice system where the technician comes initially to do and assessment and recommend a treatment regimen based on your pest issues. After that he comes quarterly. Communication is by text messages and you get a reminder before the tech arrives each quarter. No contract is required and you can cancel whenever you want. Quarterly billing is by mail. Works out nicely and the price is fair.

Roger James is our “go to” guy for our home. He is always responsive and explains what he is doing and why. We trust him for all of our exterminating needs. I highly recommend Roger and his company, Bulwark.

Will and Jeremy were prompt, very nice and professional. They explained the outdoor treatment in detail as I was afraid it would hurt my dog, wild bunnies or birds. (which it won't) It also included an inside treatment too. Upon finishing, Will reiterated that if I saw ANY bugs, to call for free followups. I feel the price was worth the piece of mind it brings to not worry about ticks. Will definitely use again.

I called and just a few hours later, Will appeared to get rid of the ants! He explained what he was doing and assured me that the spray he was using was non-toxic to humans and pets. (But deadly to ants). He was very warm, personable, and informative.

Sebastian was great. He took the time to explain the ant world and how his technique would get them out of my world. He answered all my questions and explained what he was doing in detail which I really appreciated. A lot of technicians tend to dismiss elderly (I'm 83) clients, but he treated me like a peer-a true gentleman. He was only here yesterday, but assured me a phone call would bring him back. Eric arrived on time, treated the house and yard, and explained chemicals used. He also removed spider webs from house. He was complete with his work after about 40 minutes and told me to call if I continued to see bugs.

Every spring we have ants come inside our home. Will from Bulwark took the time to explain how ants live and work giving me great insight with his knowledge. He explained his plan of action and is committed to customer satisfaction. Best part is if he needs to come back before my next service is due, it’s free of charge!

I have Bulwark pest control come to my home every 3 months to treat for ants and other bugs. This month Will came to do an exterior treatment and I caught him and asked to do the inside as well. He was super friendly and willing to put a few treatments down inside our home for the ants we’ve been seeing lately. He described all the products he was using and what they were for and explained they were not harmful for our pets! A very pleasant interaction. Thanks!

Will was excellent. This was an extra service call because of ladybugs. He explained the how’s and why’s of different insects and walked around the inside & outside showing me what was needed. I am confident he fixed my problem. Will is friendly, personable and very professional. Highly recommend.
