Called Bulwark after finding a black widow spider outside my garage. Set up appointment over the phone and they came right on time. Our tech was Allen and he was great. Very friendly. I walked around the house with him and showed him the areas I was concerned about and he took care of everything. Great service, great tech. Will be using Bulwark from now on.

Allen V., our Technician was courteous, professional and quite personable! He made Us feel comfortable as he treated the inside and outside of our home for the 1st visit and promptly returned for the follow-up visit 2 weeks later! There were immediate results as we saw a decrease in ants, insects and bugs within our home. In one particular location of the house, there were lots of dead ants, insects and bugs on the floor. We loved working with Allen because he made the visit feel like a 'friend' was coming to treat opposed to a company. LOVED my Tech! My tech today was a gentle giant - Justin V. We have been having some issues with spiders making appearances upstairs in our home. Justin, our technician was courteous and patient with us.. he was very informative and answered questions I had about how we can better keep our home free of critters. He was very kind and took extra time to work around my elderly mom and her little dog Bijou! He reassured her that the spray he was using would not affect her pet. Justin seemed very experienced and shared information he learned from having lived in Texas, Nevada and Louisiana, he was very thorough and kind and made me feel like a relative had stopped by to take care of a problem I was having. I have no reservations at ALL about calling this company again and requesting Justin V as our Tech! Thanks Justin!

The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. He listened to my list and didn't talk over me like some do. There was a large spider web near our back deck - by the time I got home from work, it was all cleaned up. We had carpenter bees burrowing holes in our back patio - he sprayed for that and told me how to best plug up the holes to prevent their return. We had spring tail fleas in the house and congregating by all the windows - he explained what they are and sprayed specifically around the windows for them. All of my items were tackled in a timely manner. I am happy with the service I receive from Bulwark.

Roger James is the best. The other tech I had was horrible. Any time I have had Roger James the service has been awesome. I will only use the company if they have him come out. He is courteous and helpful and always does an excellent job. The other tech that I had did nothing and should be dismissed. Please give this man a raise as he is an awesome representative for your company and I would say make him the manager however I selfishly do not want to lose him!!

It went very well. I was not sure who to call and my daughter recommended Bulwark because she was very satisfied with their services to her home. When I called they came the very next day. The Tech who came was Will Roark. He was very friendly and made sure I was well informed as to what he was going to do before he did it.
