Jonathan was the first and third technician to provide services. He was very thorough in treating for pests and even swept cobwebs from around house and even my scrubs . Great service with him but not as impressed with second service tech

Allen with Bulwark Exterminating consistently does a great job for us! We cannot say enough wonderful things. We have always been happy with Bulwark doing the outside of our house, but when we recently acquired ants inside, Allen was fantastic, and went above and beyond with treating this problem and helping us to permanently remove the pesky ants! It took several visits, which Allen was great at accommodating our crazy schedule, but I think the super healthy queen ant is finally gone!

Much to our surprise, heavy rains drove a few mice into our home. Will came out the same day we reported their presence and arrived early. He laid traps and took the time to analyze how they might be getting into the house and what we could do to prevent further incursions. I really appreciated his attention to detail and helpful responses to my questions. Within 24 hours, the traps had caught one mouse and our cats another. Have not see a mouse since!

I wrote earlier that my termite stations had been neglected and today I just found out how neglected they were. Bait filled with mold no wood, holes needed to be drilled to clean out mud, some didn’t even have bait in them and one had poison in one and I was never told that I had a termite problem(the tech today saw no evidence of termites so he didn’t know why it was there.) Am I frustrated yes, irritated yes. I have been paying for this service for years and my house has not been properly taken care of. But the tech today changed each stations bait, drilled the mud out of the holes, put wood in and secured each of the tops. Thank you Jonathan Hengle for doing the job right.

Pest control has been very successful with Bulwark. I rarely see any buggies inside the home. Mr. Hengle was very thorough treating inside and outside the home. Thanks.

Quite well! Since we were on the "Quarterly Plan" we could call at any given time if we saw some bugs we didnt want to see anymore - - and they would come and spray (inside and/or out). They also had baby friendly stuff that they could spray inside. Their treatment was needed and necessary in our wooded area in which we lived. If there was ever a scheduling conflict they did really well to remedy the situation; quite responsive in that regard actually. I would schedule again!

Allen did a fabulous job! He had been at our home before and asked how specific areas were doing. He was very respectful and friendly to my animals, making sure not to let them out of their back gate. He explained everything he was treating and the purpose for it. He let me know that since it was winter he was treating with something that would work in minus 32 degrees. So knowledgable! I will continue to use Bulwark Pest Control for sure!!

They have been coming out quarterly and in between for no extra charge as needed for over a year. Allen Vosburg has done well and I have requested that he be my regular service person.

With cooler temps coming, the spiders had taken over the outside of our house with webs everywhere. I called Bulwark and technician Will Roark came to do the service. While here, he found 3 large wasp nests, that were FULL of wasps and thankfully, he treated those also and removed the nests. Will was so professional and friendly and thorough!! He did a great job of answering all my questions too. I would highly recommend Will Roark and Bulwark Exterminating to anyone needing pest control/exterminating.

We were having an issue with stink bugs getting into the house. Bulwark did an excellent job helping us to eliminate the issue.

Great! The tech even went around my house and got rid of all the cob webs. I saw another spider a couple of weeks later and he was back out here the next day. And when he was leaving, he saw some ants on my driveway and came back and treated for them. I would recommend this company, and the tech Will Roark to anyone and everyone!

The technician, Allen, was awesome. He listened to what I wanted done and he made sure he did everything that was a concern to me. Very professional and friendly. He arrived early, which was fantastic. Allen even made sure to let me know that he would make an extra trip out next day, and next week to make sure we are well on our way to our situation being controlled.
