 + -1 moreIt went great! Bud's co-workers came out to replace the unit and get it setup to work with our existing thermostat. They did have to dig out the old mat and widen the space to put in a new mat, because the new HVAC was bigger. They were also very helpful in routing the AC's drain pipe further from the house.
Description of Work: Our HVAC unit failed to heat the house. Bud came out to diagnose the problem and discovered that the heat exchanger had holes in it. Bud gave me the options of either changing out the heat exchanger or replacing the whole HVAC, as it was a packaged unit. He was very helpful in providing me all the information that I needed to make my choice. Being that the HVAC was 13 years old, I decided to have the packaged unit switched out with a new one.

 + -1 moreOur air conditioner has had no problems at all and we are very happy that we had Bud Lewis Heating & Air Conditioning check it before summer started. They ended up having to address a couple of problems. They did save us quite a bit of money and we are very happy about that.
Description of Work: Bud Lewis Heating & Air Conditioning did a preseason check on our air conditioner.
