Forgot to rate back when fence was built. Professional throughout the process and very responsive from quote to work completion. Quality work, quality product and good people on the crew. Got the job done in a reasonable amount of time, including removal of all the old rotten fence. Tidied up nicely when work was complete.

We contacted Bryant Fence, along with three other fencing companies in late October of 2011 to get an estimate of fencing the area we wanted partially enclosed. Bryant Fence had the best price of cemented in vinyl post fencing. They also offer a steel post anchoring system for setting the vinyl post, which is a more expensive system, but that's what we optted for. With the steel post you don't have to deal with the augered up soil for setting the post in concrete. Because of the holiday season we didn't get around to installing the fence until February 2012. We had made some changes to the original plan estimate and asked Dave Bryant to come back for another estimate which he was happy to do. Dave is very personable and easy to get along with. The date was set for the install and Dave and his crew showed up on time and got to work laying out the post locations. A pneumatic hammer is required to drive the steel post in the ground so they were towing a large gasoline powered compressor. The hammer makes quick work of driving the post so I think this is a faster install than having to dig up soil and pour concrete. The project was 264' of fence and was almost completed in one day. They had to come back the next day to finish up some set screws required for the post. We are very happy with the appearence of the fence. It's everything my wife expected.

The folks at Bryant Fence Company built a backyard fence for me back in 2006. I was so pleased with the work they did, that when I moved to a new house, I contacted them again. As had been my previous experience, they were courteous, professional, and prompt. The fence looks great. I wouldn't hesitate to call them in the future if I ever have other fencing needs.

When they quoted the work for me I was under the impression that the fence would be six 6'x6' sections, but when they did the work it was just one post and six 6'x6" planks. I check with the Lowes and Home depot in the area, the material David Byrant such as this one: "standard charge for replacing an existing post is $175.00 per post" That is a lot of money for one post, the one post and the concrete altogether is less than $20 per post. David, can I asked to see a receipt how much you paid for the material for the work? I

I initially emailed Bryant fencing asking for someone to respond and make an appointment for an estimate at my house. No one has ever replied and that was 3 weeks ago. Last week I called (several times and finally got an answer) and made an appointment for Thursday at 5. Mr. Bryant called around 3:00 to say he was sick and ask if he could reschedule. He assured me he would call me friday or saturday morning to reschedule. He never called. I called sunday and left a message...no response. I called monday and left a message...no response. I called tuesday and he answered, he asked if Wednesday at 5:00 was ok and we settled on that. At 4:30 wednesday afternoon, he called to tell me he would be late and to expect him between 7 and 7:30. I pointed out that it would be dark at 7:30, and he said that was ok. It is now 7:50 pm, I just called Mr. Bryant and got no answer. He is not here and has not answered/returned my calls. This is terrible customer service (being canceled on twice and not even being checked up on!!), and I'm feeling silly for even trying this hard to get an estimate from Bryant fencing, but in our original conversation last week he promised me he could get me the best deal. Also, I really wanted his estimate because Angie's List has him highly rated. Obviously he doesn't deserve an A! I'm going with a more professional company that doesn't treat my south knoxville address like a 2nd class client. (Mr. Bryant mentioned that he would be 3 hours late because he was busy in West knoxville, despite the fact that he had committed to me)

Bryant came, gave and estimate and had the gates repaired in a couple of days. They were efficient and professional, working until the job was done; no excuses

Though they had to work around bad weather, they showed up when they said they would and worked until the job was done. they suggested the placement of three gates (I had only asked for 2) all included within the orginal job quote. The finished fence is very neat and proffesional in appearance and substantial enough to keep our 100 pound dogs secure. They completely cleanup any mesh. You could not tell they had been here except for the fence they built. We had a very good experience and will use them again.

Their price was not the lowest quote we received, but it was much better than the highest. The fence project turned out very nice, it was done on time, and we are very satisfied. We now have a safe, private, and enclosed area for our kids to play!

I have a duplex and live in one side. On the side where the neighbor's house sits a little higher I had an 8' privacy fence put in for potential renters privacy. The remainder of the yard is mine and I had a 6' privacy fence installed. There are a total of 3 4' gates and 1 10' gate for access. They were prompt, courteous and very responsive to any questions I had before and after the job was completed. They worked through the pouring rain to complete the job when they said they would. My dogs can now roam and I have privacy.

We had a fence installed in our backyard so our dog could be outside. Mr. Bryant ask all the right questions...purpose of fence (children, pets, etc.), style of fence, and size of pet for height of fence. After listening to our requests, he offered suggestions of exactly how to tie the fence into our property line and connect to house. He was very professional and up front with us. The gentlemen performing the work were professional and tidy. You could tell that they truly cared about the quality of their work. Once work was complete, Mr. Bryant came by to approve project, take a photograph and pick up payment.

Bryant Fence Company did an excellent job at installing the fence. It made our property more meaningful. They were polite, respectful, kind and very skilled with their work. The kids really enjoy it too. Everyone was happy.
