Calvin Brown was such an incredible hire! He came out the same afternoon, diagnosed the problem, and immediately started the replacement process. He and his coworker are extremely trustworthy, very hard workers and everything happened exactly as he discussed in the initial overview. I would easily recommend him to anyone who needs HVAC service or repair!

Very professional and prompt. This was the second time Brown's Heating & Air has come out to look into an issue for me, and both times I was very pleased with the quality of the work and the communication. Fair, upfront prices, no BS (unlike I've had to deal with when I've hired some bigger companies). I highly recommend. It is now our go-to for all our heating and AC needs.

Calvin contacted me and offered to look at our AC problem on a Sunday afternoon. This was a nice surprise as we expected to wait until Monday. He worked diligently to troubleshoot our problem, but eventually told me he needed the help of a senior technician. He said he would call me on Sunday night to set up an appointment for Monday, which he did. Calvin returned with Gary on Monday and they resolved the issue within an hour. Calvin explained the issue in detail and I was happy with the end result.

Very knowledgeable. Answered all questions in a way I could understand. He did not show up on the scheduled day . When I called him he told me he had written my phone number down incorrectlly so we scheduled for the next day. He was there early and explained about the phone number. Had this not happened I would have rated him a 5.

He was very professional . He went out of way to take picture of model and serial number of attic unit for my convenience. Definitely know his profession well explaining my problem in detail. Very Covid careful wearing mask. Also, very price fair. I will definitely use again if needed. I highly recommend using this company.

Was very upfront and professional. Was the better part of an hour late for appointment, but made two phone calls. 1st call to let me know he was running behind schedule and then an another call to update for a more specific ETA. He was upfront about the evaluation of the problem(s), advised the steps he would take and was clear on the costs of service and materials. Was very open about what my options might be and I never felt I was under pressure to up charge for any additional service or product. He made a couple of recommendations and he & his co-worker went about the work very efficiently. I think I was treated very fairly as a customer.

On time and fixed item same day

H found a problem with my AC unit and within an hour he had it fixed and my AC is now working!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!
