Description of Work: Brownlee constructed a concrete tilt-up office, showroom, and warehouse building for us. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, they finished on time and within budget, and came back promptly for any warranty issues.

There was a problem with a gutter installation by one of their subs and they responded the same day to get it fixed? I was referred by a neighbor and would use them again

+ -1 moreHasn't gone well at all. This company has more excuses for why they haven't finished the work than Rome had legions. They're pathetic.
Description of Work: Contracted with Brownlee to repair damage from storms last April. They were quick to replace the roof but have been dragging their feet for over six months and haven't replaced damaged windows and doors. Its the same refrain every time I speak with someone--we'll have someone with window and door sample out to your house either Friday or Monday. I've been hearing this since the first of the year. Finally decided this morning to go with another construction company to finish the work. Getting the runaround from Brownlee more than I have from Comcast, but that's a different story for another day....

+ -1 moreBrown Lee gave us the best estimate in terms of what we wanted to have done to our driveway. I could not tell you the exact length of our driveway, but it s a pretty decent size, and plus, its subdivided. Brown Lee worked hard for their money, and their services were very good. We had had a higher-end Italian Renaissance home built, and we felt that the driveway Brown Lee put in for us, suited the home very well.
Description of Work: For about two thousand dollars, Brown Lee came to our home, worked on the subdivision of our driveway and actually put in the concrete driveway itself. I am unsure of the size of our driveway.
