Description of Work: Brothers came to our house to pressure wash our home and also our driveway and walkway. The service technician showed up promptly and introduced himself and explained what he would be doing to wash the house. At this time I asked him about also doing the driveway and walkway. After a quick phone call to his boss he gave me a price that I thought was fair so I told him to go ahead and do it. About 4 or 4.5 hours later he was finished and the house and walkway looked good. It was only later that I noticed what appeared to be a soapy film on some screens on our rear porch. I called Brothers the next day to inquire about this and they had another tech come by our house the following day. He determined that in fact it was not a soapy film but rather that the screens had received too much pressure and would need to be replaced. The tech then removed the screens and told me that they would be fixed at no cost and would be returned and installed within a week. While I would have preferred that this never happened I was quite impressed with how Brothers promptly handled the matter and the professionalism they displayed in doing so. Problems occur in every line of business but how the problems are handled distinguishes the good ones from the bad. They have earned my business for future pressure washing needs.

 + -1 moreThey have a very efficient system. They came one day and walked around the house. They then sent the estimate in the mail box. We called them and asked them to go ahead with the work and they came the next day. They first cleaned the inside of the house. They did that in one day and told us that we need not be there when they came the next day to do the outside work. They did their work and left us a bill. We have lots of windows and couple of skylights and other windows all around the house. In the upper portion we have a cathedral ceiling and there is glass up there. They cleaned that as well. I think they cleaned 15 old fashioned windows and some extra high glasses. They did a good job. We would recommend them to anybody. I would rate them high, and we will use them again in the future.

 + 1 moreI have answered some of this above. I was VERY IMPRESSED by this company and WILL definitely use them again. They seem to have very high standards, have the knowledge and desire to reach them, and are quite nice and likable. I was sorry that the job stretched into the second day, but extremely grateful that they were eager to use a second day in order to meet their and my standards. I think uniforms would add to their professionalism, but other than that, they did demonstrate that important trait. I was surprised at the number of services they offer, such as pressure-washing gutters, etc., and will call upon them for that and perhaps other things in the future. I don't recall exactly the date the service was performed, nor the amount charged (which was the same as the estimate), but I thought the price was very reasonable, and my date and price is close I think. I cannot readily look up that information at this time.
Description of Work: Brother's cleaned all our windows, inside and out, in our 4200 sq.ft. home. They did an excellent job! (We have some huge windows with curved tops that are very high up.) They also cleaned our wide faux-wooden venetian blinds and several chandeliers. The first crew of three who came was not the crew that usually does blinds, and their job was not thorough or effective in removing the soil build-up. This was the same crew that had done an excellent job on our windows and chandeliers (even putting new bulbs in place of all the used ones). The next day I called and talked to the manager and he quickly offered to come back the next day and re-do the blinds. I agreed. The next day he explained that the previous day some of their crew were out and that was the reason they had had little experience with blind-cleaning. (They had dry-wiped them.) He inspected the blinds and said that they did not meet their standards and so he, himself, and his two-person crew re-did all blinds until they were perfect. They used dish soap in water, as they had done on the windows (to my surprise, but with a super result -- no streaks!).

Turns out that someone at work has used them in the past and strongly recommended them too. Currently, we've asked them to come back to repaint our deck now that it's good and clean.

 + -1 moreCame out to do estimate very promptly, and was able to schedule the work right away as well. They came out with two truckloads of workers; five or six? They wore booties inside so as not to track dirt in the house. Everyone was very polite and they were well organized. They suggested additional cleaning services they could do while they were there, such as light fixtures and ceiling fan, for additional charges. The end result looked great! We were very pleased with the quality of work and attention to detail. Their quote was 20% less than another quote I got. It's still a lot of money, but we are totally satisfied.
Description of Work: Cleaned 20 + windows inside and out, plus storm windows. Our older house is 3 stories. Our windows are double hung fixed lights, 3 panes over 2, so it's a lot of small pieces of glass. They also cleaned the outside of our Four Seasons glass sun room.

 + -1 moreWhen the two gentleman showed up to power wash my house, they showed me the machine and the kind of cleaner that they were going to use. I could of used a mop to clean wash the outside of my house, but the backside of my house is a two story, so I called in the professionals. They did a terrific job, and I think I will use their services again in the near future.

The cleaners are well behaved and work almost the whole day to complete the task. They do both the inside and outside and they never leave streaks. As long as they continue to do a good job we will continue to hire them.
