Brothers Window Cleaning

As close to perfect as they come! Chris said he would come out on Tuesday to leave an estimate. I did not have to be home. He did as he promised and left the estimate for me. I was waiting on two other estimates that never came in so I called Chris and left a message to schedule the work. He called back and talked with my husband and they came to a time and date for service. On the day of service, they called and said they were running late but there was already one team here right on time. The first team had a lot of work done by the time the second team arrived. The first team notices my skylights and asked if they were to be cleaned. They were not on the estimate but I surely would like to add them so they cleaned them. I also added the 5 outside light fixtures that were not on the original estimate. The first team left and I wondered where the second team was....only to find one of them on a ladder cleaning my garage windows -- which were not part of the job at all. I explained and he said they were nearly done and that they would not charge us. When the work was completed, they showed me the revised bill and I was pleasantly surprised to see that the added work didn't add much to the total bill. I also showed them the original estimate that clearly stated "no garage windows' so they wouldn't think I was nuts! Everyone was polite and professional and my windows are as clean as when they were first installed. The skylights are actually cleaner than when they were installed!! (I guess the construction guys didn't think about cleaning the skylights before installing them and we didn't know how dirty they were until today!) I highly recommend Brothers and will surely use them again. .

Got several estimates for power washing of driveway,patio and sidewalk. Brothers was the most reasonably priced. I am very satisfied with the work performed. Richard arrived on time and was very professional. He even put the patio furniture back in place when he was finished. Would not hesitate to recommend and use the again.

They did a very good job. They were very professional and their price is reasonable.

The window cleaners were prompt and courteous. They explained what they were doing and why they used the methods they used. They were quick to point out problem areas with my existing windows, such as, leakage on one of my double paned windows.

Everything went well. The man was very nice and did a good job. I think he missed one window, but it was a minor issue.

The service was professional and prices were reasonable. They cleaned all the windows inside and out very well. Service technicians wore foot booties inside the house.

They gave me a firm price in advance and stood by it. They showed up on time. In uniforms. They were very clean, polite, pleasant and respectful of our home. They worked quickly and did an excellent job. Everything you would hope for. I Absolutely recommend!

They came out the same day we called and did an estimate. They cleaned our gutters the next day. They did a great job!

Late arriving to wash windows, etc. Did a good job and stressed that I call if not satisfied with windows that were done in dark.

They were punctual and got the job done fairly quickly. Did not ask if I had any inside windows or mirrors I would like cleaned and so the original estimate was added to for a few glass panes and mirrors. Unfortunately, after they left I found some areas that were not done as well as they should have been, but I called to let them know and one of the workers returned the next day to fix anything I was unhappy with at no charge and with a good attitude (very important!). The windows look great. I have come to an agreement to have them do the insides twice a year and outsides quarterly.

I called them for an estimate--I thought the estimate was reasonable for the amount of work to be done. Contacted Brothers and set up a convenient time for the work to be done. The workers arrived on time and were very professional and did an excellent job. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. I was very pleased with the work that was done and will definitely use their services again.

Window cleaning was excellent. Screens were dusted, not washed, so accumulation of inside oils and dust was not removed.

There have never been any problems. They used one new employee.He did fine and there was adequate supervision.

They did an excellent job as I have many high windows. They also do outside light fixture and gutter cleaning.

I have been using them for quite a while. They show up when they say they are going to be there, they call and make appointments. I know there must be a lot of turnover in this kind of business, but I have had some of the same people show up with this company and they do an adequate job and they are fast. They will also do extra things like the patio fans or the chandlers, that kind of stuff. They have come down a little in price since I first started using them. Their work is fine, and the pricing, I don't really know but I am willing to pay it. They are very professional and they call ahead because they have a good follow up. They do other things like power washing also. I will continue to use their services in the future for my window cleaning.

They arrived promptly for the estimate. I felt the price was fair. The work was scheduled about 10 days from the date of my initial call. They arrived promptly as scheduled to do the work. The two workers were very professional, efficient, and courteous. We had a problem with a few of our screens fitting the windows due to some siding repair we had done previously by another company, but the workers were diligent and careful as they worked to insert the screens. The windows were cleaned very well with no streaks. Overall I am very satisfied with their work and the price. Everyone at Brothers that I had contact with was extremely courteous and professional. I will contact Brothers the next time I need pressure washing or window washing.

They came out within two days. I was very pleased with them.

Brothers Window Cleaning gets A+. From the first contact, the estimate, responsiveness, quality of work, they were top notch. They stuck to their their estimate, which was very reasonable, got here on time, finished quicly, and the windows were cleaner than they've been since the were new. If anybody wants windows done very well at a reasonable price I would tell them to call Brothers. Next time we will probably have them do more, like blinds and inside windows.

They do indoor and outdoor work both including window cleaning and power washing. I had never used them before but they came as promised and were very fair in their prices. They were very professional, quick and did an excellent job. I have kept their brochure because I will be calling them again. They had all the equipment they needed and they came and did it quickly and efficiently. It was a good job and I will use them again in the future. I felt like their service was well worth the cost.

They also do small paint jobs. This is the second time I've used them, before they power washed my house, it's all brick so it was the windows and eaves. I was pleased with that, then I needed my driveway and side walks done. They came out and gave me a free estimate. They are coming out to do our windows when we get done replacing our siding. they also sealed our front porch with a clear sealer then recaulked it between the concrete and brick. They power washed with a degreaser. They were going to put an epoxy seal on it but I decided against it. They do a great job window cleaning too, inside and out. They will send a supervisor out to inspect what they did. You don't have to do it yourself. This summer they will be out to clean the windows.

They were very reasonably priced and they did a fantastic job. I paid $500 for the house. I have a large house with many windows. The job took them a day and a half to complete. I did not personally deal with them; my wife dealt with them. I had no complaints with them. They were great. The windows look brand new. They were punctual and professional. I would use them again in the future.
