Brothers Window Cleaning

These are some of the nicest guys I have had on my property. They did a fantastic job but I really felt comfortable with all 5 of them as they were working. The 2 head guys are extremely responsive, fair, and polite. I asked them to come out for additional work because I was so happy with my first experience.

Arrived a bit late but they did call and inform me that they were running late. Got the job done on time with excellent results. Workers were pleasant to work with and took great care not to spill any water drops on the floor or carpet. Put all the curtains back on the windows, if they had removed them.

Martin, Jacob, and Chris were friendly, professional, and very polite. They did a very thorough job, were fast and accommodating. The owner was very nice and I thought the prices were fair and reasonable. I will use them again.

Brothers Window Cleaners was very professional, prompt, and did an outstanding job for our two story, large home. The price seemed very fair. I was amazed at how quickly they cleaned the windows but there was not a spot left on them. The workers were friendly and knew their work quite well. I would use them again without hesitation!

We couldn't be more pleased. The house is about half glass and to look out clean windows is a treat. Brothers cleaned both sides of the glass, quickly and neatly. They cleaned the sills too. Having as many windows as we do, we thought professional cleaners would be cost prohibitive, but that wasn't the case with Brothers. We intend to hire them back each spring.

overall fair, since a lot to do. Did not remove hanging plants off front porch so those were sprayed with chemical which killed the plants Did not move porch furniture or planters so those parts did not get done. I would not use again because of killing the plants issue.

We were very pleased with Brothers Window Cleaning. They were very responsive to our quote request and any follow-up. The day of the cleaning they arrive early and got the job finished quick. They were very professional. They had to come in the house to remove some screens in which they wore shoe covers to not track in dirt. The windows look great!! I would definitely recommend them to others.

They did an excellent job, this room is surrounded by 30-year old sliding doors and screens, some of which are quite dilapidated, so I know that was an extra challenge. The sunroom has never looked this good in the 5 years I've lived in the house, and they did a much better job than the last company that did it! The owner immediately responded to my request for quote and kept me posted with regard to exactly when they would arrive. He was very nice. We are going to call them again in the future for other jobs.

That was the first time I used them, and the reason I chose them was because of the reviews on Angie’s List. They were very professional and very clean, and extremely nice. They would clean anything I wanted them to clean at a price. I would definitely call them back and I would recommend them.

They arrived exactly when they said they would. They removed the screens and cleaned the tracks and inside and outside of the windows. They wiped the screens down, but did not wash them with a hose. One of the workers mistakenly did not remove the screens to wipe the tracks. When I called about this, they were very apologetic and very prompt in returning to correct the problem. This would not keep me from using them in the future, as they corrected the problem. I did not realize just how dirty my windows were until I had them professionally cleaned by Brothers. They are so clean and clear and it's beautiful to look out of them! I have cleaned them myself, but nowhere near the quality job that Brothers did.

Called for an estimate, they were out to the house within a few days. Scheduled services which they arrived within a few days. Crew of three washed all my windows inside and out including windows in unfinished basement and garage. I have one window 12 feet tall plus another arched window up high along with a few more transom windows. They tackled those jobs with complete ease! Had them clean light fixtures which were hanging from 15 foot ceilings. Since this was new construction there was a lot of construction debris on windows which they scraped off. Not to mention the construction dust in the light fixtures. The team of three were all very friendly, courteous and very polite. Wore booties inside the house over their shoes. Had 2400 square foot house, plus basement and garage completed within two hours. It would have taken me two weeks! When time came to pay bill I thought it was a little high. Higher than estimate but I was happy with thier work so I didn't question it. After they left I checked my estimate and I was overcharged by about 30.00. I figured I would call in morning to straighten it out. Within 30 minutes of the guys leaving I was being called by the owner telling me they over charged me and offered a refund. Honesty is another value I place on this company! I am completely pleased with their work and their professionalism! I highly, highly recommend them and will be calling them back in the spring! Window washing is now off my job description! I will leave it to the professionals!

The first day the young man power washed the driveway and house. The next day another team arrived and did the windows and skylights and automatically gave the Angie's list discount, I didn't have to ask and an additional discount as a first time customer. I was very pleased with their work and their crew was polite and courteous and punctual.

.Four guys showed up. Did an excellent job. I don't care for the way they estimate. They said I had 3 picture windows. They counted my large entrance window as 2 (inside & outside). A 2' X 5' window was counted as a "picture" window. They charged $31.00 for "ladder work". Their price was $75 less than Fish Window Cleaning estimate. I think I'll check around a little more next time. They did do an excellent job

They showed up about an hour early and had 4 or 5 guys. The crew and crew leader were very nice and they did a very nice job. I had asked them for an additional price to clean and knock down spider webs in a very high cathedral ceiling area on the outside entrance way and they only charged $15.00 additional to do that for me. The guys that came inside the house put foot slippers on their feet when they entered the house in order to keep the carpets clean which was very thoughtful. Overall they did an excellent job and our windows inside and out look great. We will definitely use them again and we have already referred them to several friends and neighbors.

Josh and Richard did a wonderful job. They arrived at about 8:30 am and apologized for being late. I told them since I didn't know what time they were coming as far as I knew they were early. The day before they were scheduled to come I realized I had a grove of maple trees growing in the gutters from the spring seeds falling from the trees and into the gutter. I called that morning and asked if I could add gutter cleaning to the job. They explained as they were heavily booked it might not be possible. Richard checked the situation when he arrived and said it would be no problem. They wrapped the TV on the screened porch and covered all the outlets in plastic before spraying down the area. The siding, gutters and soffit look great. I will definitely use them again.

Excellent service - fast free estimate and extremely reasonable cost for the value of the work. Our home has some very old storm windows that could not be cleaned in the interiors but the staff worked around these problems and did an excellent job cleaning the glass they could access. They worked quickly and diligently. It made a huge difference in the look of our home to have our windows so clean!

They were punctual, professional and fast. Some of the windows were very difficult but they always found a way. They were excellent and I would use them again. Another group had turned the job down because of difficulty.

The windows in our 50+ year old house are the old style double aluminum windows which are extremely difficult to clean, much less get them put back together without mishap. They (two) showed up ready to work. Very professional and very personable. Were very considerate of my concerns about carefully working around the new paint in one room. The windows never looked so clean. I would definitely recommend this company if you need a window cleaning service.

Cleaned inside/outside of all windows.

They showed up on time and did what they said they would do. It took longer than expected on the deck because of all the rain. I enjoy working with them and will use again. I have recommended them to several friends who were looking for a window cleaner.

I was very impressed with the work that was done. Richard was the gentleman who performed the work and he is obviously very experienced. We have a coated brick and he was able to apply the correct pressure to clean, but not damage the coating. I am thrilled! He arrived exactly when he said he would and worked all day to complete this very large job. I have them returning to wash windows in a few weeks!
