BROTHERS BEDDING

Brothers Bedding is an all around top notch company. I ordered two BB brand mattresses (Altobeli & Elegant Slumber) online, and within six days, they were manufactured and delivered to my home 75 miles away. Owner Marty Bass personally oversaw my order from start to finish (unheard of in today's market!) and Rob handled my sale with the utmost professional courtesy. The three delivery men were neat, clean, pleasant and fast! These BB brand mattresses are very high quality and I sleep much better now than I have in years. This was an excellent buying experience and I highly recommend Brothers Bedding in Knoxville TN.

I liked them very much. They were very one on one. We had the mattress for 5 days. hey came and picked it up and brought it back in the same day. This was a custom matress.

We were looking for a guest bed set and a full size mattress for our toddler. After looking around for deals during the fourth of July, we decided to stop in Brother's Bedding after seeing an advertisement for 50% off mismatched set. The sales associate was really nice and explained the concept of the store to us. Turns out they are local and make the mattresses at the store. We had no idea and was impressed. We bought a queen mismatched set for $500 and a full size mattress for $200. They make everything custom order. For both beds we wanted firm so we walked around the store testing the firmness of the beds and the associate based her foam recommendations on our feedback. You have a time frame (two weeks maybe? can't remember) to test your mattresses and they will make one adjustment for free (and other adjustments as needed for a fee). The mattresses were ready one week later and we loved them! In fact, we like our guest bed much better than the expensive mattress we have for ourselves. All in all, great customer service, great product, local business...what's not to love!

Gave sales person our price range and concerns. She pointed us towards one mattress that was on sale that met our daughters comfort choice (plush) and then she led us to a bed that met our son's request (firm). She stated that their policy was that they would adjust the bed if it did not meet the childrens comfort requirements 'until they were happy'.

Another very good experience. Delivery on time and very professional. Brothers has extremely comfortable mattresses. They are a little pricey, but when you have too many birthdays the comfort and product support is number one.

We went to Brothers Bedding in Fountain City (they have five stores in different parts of the area). We were treated very, very well by Becky, the salesperson. On my follow-up phone calls to the store, I was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the people I spoke with. A really nice thing was that at no time did anyone try to talk us into buying a higher-priced mattress! (That had happened to us years ago, and I've been pretty leery about mattress stores ever since.) Well, now I know that there are honest mattress stores! We are really pleased with Brothers Bedding and know that you will be, too. You can sleep better with a mattress from Brothers!
