Very well. The salesman at the Kingston Pike store, Robin, was helpful and knowledgeable. They did a free measurement at my home, and the gentleman that came was prompt and professional. The installation was top-notch. It looks beautiful!

I spent a long time researching non-toxic flooring products because of my problems with asthma. I also wanted flooring that would be compatible with the existing hardwood floor in my house. I spoke to Geoff Yarber on the phone, explained my needs and asked him to obtain some flooring samples for me to see. In addition to the samples I had chosen, he selected two more samples that met my needs. One of these products was a resilient vinyl that looked just like hard wood but was water proof ( I own a dog) and non-toxic. The installers did an excellent job. They arrived on time, completed the work quickly and protected the wall in the room, which was recently painted. Also they cleaned up thoroughly. I am so pleased with both the product and the installation that I intend to use Broadway Carpets soon for another room that needs new flooring. I highly recommend this company.
