Their installers were very nice and also very proficient. They did a fine job and I would likely use them the next time we need carpet. Prior to our decision, the salesperson downtown was very nice and helpful. Overall, we were entirely satisfied.

The process from start to finish couldn't have gone smoother. They had a good selection of carpets and the installers were prompt and professional. Will definately use them again when getting new carpet.

We called them and they sent someone out to take measurements of the basement. A few days later, we went to the store on Broadway and looked at different carpets. The salesman gave us advice and prices, and helped us choose without being pushy. We picked out the carpet and paid for it there. We were able to schedule installation for just a few days later because there had been a cancellation. They showed up just a little late and got to work immediately. The installer was professional and quick, and was finished in a few hours. From the first phone call, the whole process was done within a week.

The salesman, Timothy Hayes was excellent. He did not push me to hurry up and make a decision on style and color but answered all my questions throughly. The installers were the best sub contractors I have ever worked with. They were on time, worked hard and cleaned up their mess each day. I had errands to run each day and was at first worried about leaving them alone in my home but after meeting them and getting to know them a little better, I had no problem at all. I even left the door open for them one morning when I had to leave exceptionally early. Their names are Jim and Jeff.

They were very professional. They worked efficiently and were pleasant to have around. I was very happy with the job they did and the way the carpet looks in the room.

This is not the first time, I have used this company and it will not be the last. However, this time they did send inexperienced workers, that did not arrive on time. They left a big scrap mark on the floor, from moving the refrigerator. I don't remember what they charged for this work.

Our overall experience was average because they ordered the wrong amount of carpet that they needed and we had bare steps for a while. It took them about four days to get the job done and I had to show some of them how to do it because you could tell some of the younger guys did not have a lot of experience. The price was good and they were on time, polite and courteous.

The man that did this installation was a real good installer. He had special lining that was clear and bubbled wrapped. It did cost a little more but I was not complaining. He worked very hard and even came back a couple of extra times to make sure things were holding up well. I really enjoyed his services.

I think that this company did a great job. They were on time and friendly the minute that they came to the house. I would recommend this company to anyone for their great service and quality of work. I am pleased with the service that they did. They did not leave any mess behind and made sure to answer all of our questions.

Broadway Carpets were the best and they did the best job you could have asked for. They special ordered the specific high quality flooring we wanted. I was very particular and they were able to impress me. The floors fit and looked perfect. They were recommended to us by an employee of Lowes.

Broadway Carpets did a excellent job of replacing my hardwood floors. It was one guy by himself and he did a outstanding job. The floor looks great. It s shiny, new and there is not one single defect in the floor at all. I can not remember exact pricing on the floor, but, I believe that it was rather fair. Given that experience, I would definitely hire them again.

I hired Broadway Carpet to install three rooms of carpeting in my home. I didn't like that they had to come back out a second time to fix the seams that were coming loose and tighten it around the baseboards. They did come back out immediately to fix the problem.

I think they did an excellent job on my carpets. Before they left my home they came to me to explain all the things that could happen with new carpeting such as loose seems that it being a little loose surround baseboards. I was very glad to hear that if I had noticed any of that stuff I could call them and then they would be back to fix it immediately.

They did a very good job and we liked how fast they got out here to get their job done. We had a small wrinkle show up in the carpet and as soon as we called them they came right back to fix it without an extra charge at all.

Broadway Carpets impressed me with their quickness getting up our old floor and putting the new floor down. They cleaned as they went and after the work was done they left as quickly as they came. They explained how I should take care of my new floor and answered any questions that I had. I felt comfortable with them in my home. I loved the results. I was not sure of the cost because my husband took care of it all.

They did a poor job laying the vinyl down. I mean the product was good, but there was cement oozing from the seams and some other minor problem that I just tried to ignore, for the most part. They did come back and fixed some of the problems, but their service wasn't that good.

I have five bedrooms and a large bonus room get new carpeting. Really good installation, no seams showing, everything fits the rooms exactly. We are not talking small rooms, I don't know the dimensions but my home is close to 5,000 square feet so it was no small job. The vinyl is great, its not rolling up, looks nice and smooth and flat. I would tell anyway to use the company for flooring. I can't tell you what I paid, but they always have good prices.

It took about four hours to complete the work and they did a fantastic job. The grout lines are even and they've stayed clean. They also did a good job on the corners and tile cuts. There's nothing we would have wanted to be different.
