Description of Work: I don't remember the last date but Bonnie's has fixed my garage door opener several times and two summers ago I purchased a new door from them and they installed it. They are always responsive and do the work well.

Description of Work: If you are looking for a garage door company that is great to deal with, fairly priced and does high quality work then Bonnie is who you are looking for. I had 2 openers that were 25+ years old. They replaced them both along with new rollers and springs and added a keypad to the exterior of our home. I will use them again when we decide to replace the doors and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: On short notice I called Bonnie's since they had installed the garage door in the condo I bought. My problem: my power had gone off and I didn't know how to manually open and shut the door. Mike came quickly and explained how to do this so I'm prepared in the future.

Description of Work: My garage door spring broke. I called the number on the garage door, and the man who had installed the opener 32 years ago came within a couple hours. He replaced the springs and fixed it so that nobody can lock it from the outside, which could cause big problems if they did. He then showed me how to unscrew it so that if I ever need to manually lock it myself, I can. Overall, terrific service, and I like the fact that he's been doing this business for over 40 years and he knows his stuff!

Description of Work: This was a tear-out and replacement job. It was a very tight fit (overhead and left side). The owner came out estimated the job knowing it would present some issues. Called back when he said he would to detail plan of attack (torsion bar spring opposed to extension spring). He went with torsion spring. Had a couple of mis-starts when pieces/parts were not delivered to him as expected. He did stay in contact and communicated very well even though I was having to juggle my schedule around his supplier. The install went well and actually installed a better door than quoted in order to gain a bit more clearance. I have used this company before on a repair job and was happy with them then as well.
