+ -1 moreI chose to contact this company because they were listed in Angie's List. When I called, I explained that I had about 1200 sq ft of residential space with a concrete floor that we would like to have surfaced. She took down my information and said "he" would be getting in touch with me. I was not contacted. Around Oct. 15th, I tried again. This time an answering machine picked up when I called. I left a message asking to be contacted. It has been about two months since then and no one has contacted me. If my job was too small for them or if they were just too busy, the professional response would have been to call me back and let me know. For some reason this company just ignored me. How can I give them a rating other than F?

+ 0 moreHe cam out to give us the estimate, and he sent us the written quote afterward. He also sent us the terms of the contract and samples for us to look at. He was professional and very punctual. He came on time and sent the quote to us quickly.
Description of Work: He gave a quote for pulling up carpet in the basement and resurfacing the floor with concrete.
