My house is being sold and I needed different small repairs/work: There was a crack in a wall, wood that needed to be replaced in the carport due to termite damage and a door that had been damaged by water. Bill came to the house the same day, after finishing up a job, and promptly provided an estimate. He started the work within just a few days and finished it about 2 days. There was extra work that was needed, and he was very reasonable in adding that into the negotiation. He was great at communication, including emailing the quote and responding to texts. He was also very professional and just a nice guy. I would definitely recommend him.

He did exactly what we had asked him to do. His prices were very good. He was extremely punctual and responded by email immediately. Basically he gave us what we needed.

If you need plans drawn up for a remodeling project, want good value for your money and have it done, neatly, timely and professionally, then you should give Bill a call. Bill, Sara and Tony make a great team. They were recommended to us by a friend and we liked them from the first meeting. Tony, who is a retired architect, drew up the plans for the sun rooms. Sara took our calls and answered all our questions and worked with Bill on some of the tasks like painting, installing the floors, etc. Some of the work was contracted out like the electricity, framing and roofing. After a building permit was obtained, the job began and took approximately one month. They were always on time, worked a full day and always left the work area neat before leaving. We now have two beautiful new rooms and have contracted them to update our two bathrooms. Bill, Sara and Tony make a great team and we highly recommend them.
