Extremely well. Not the first time we've used Tedd. He did our Kitchen remodel in February. This time we had to prep for a new slider door to replace an old French and found old termite damage around the entire frame. Tedd replaced the framing and header with borated wood that termites die over! The job was done in two days, demo on day one, re-build wall, replace dry wall, tape, 3 coats of mud and 1 coat primer on day two. Very good job and ready for new door. Tedd is a little high, but you get professional work from him. Neat, exact, perfectionist would be words to describe him. Our kitchen turned out beautifully, gave me ideas and resources for tile, gave suggestions for opening up a wall for a dining room. Tedd is a lot of fun to work with, gives you more value for the buck. He's built up quite a following by word of mouth. As of last week, he had jobs lined up for 10-12 weeks. I'm lucky to have found him....if you hire him, you won't be sorry you did. He's old school; do it right, once. Great guy!!
Description of Work: Remove and replace dry wall and termite damaged studs and sole plate in master bedroom in preparation of a new door installation.
I was very pleased with them. The owner is Ted Raby. A friend recommended them. He has a couple of people that work for him. I loved what he did. He came in with some ideas. I had some ideas and he did some photographs and computer drawings. I really liked that. I can see a finished product but I don't see going from point A to point B well and he did all that for me. It was messy ad it took about 6 weeks. I felt it would take that long for a job like that. I wanted it like they do on TV where you go to dinner and come home and it is done. He did everything he said he was going to do. The cleanup was great and he hauled everything away so we didn't have to do anything. He tends to want to do big jobs instead of little jobs. I've called him for some little jobs and he hasn't been able to work me in. The price went over a little more than I thought. He was very honest and always kept me informed about things. I have all the receipts and paperwork so he was very good about that. I have actually recommended him to some other people and I would use him again.
Description of Work: He did a pretty major remodeling job including opening up two walls and adding a wall. He did wood flooring, interior painting and put in new kitchen cabinets. I had 3 rooms and they pretty much opened it and made one room. He put up molding and recessed and pendant lighting. He did all the electrical work. He had some people that did sheetrock. He did a tile backsplash. He took out a French door and replaced it with another door.
