Description of Work: I have been out of town for two months. A family member checking my house found a receipt for gutter cleaning on my front door. I called Steve and told him he should have never gone onto my property without my permission. I ask him how I am supposed to know if he cleaned my gutters unless I pay someone to go up on the roof and check. I only paid for the service. I wanted to wait a little later until the end of spring to do the job. That is what I have done for 16 years with this property. Clean once in late spring and again in late fall. I had to pay someone else to go check to see if gutters were cleaned and they were full. The gutters had to be cleaned.Steve said they were lying or the gutters just filled up again. I had a family member there to verify what was found. So who is lying? |Bottom line, no one should go on my property without an ok from me. He created a problem for me. This was a worry I should not have had to deal with. I respectfully request a prompt and full refund. I would like someone to call me.

Description of Work: I purchased the $99 Big Deal gutter cleaning, then received an email stating that I would be charged an additional $25, for "multi layered gutters and linear footage". This was decided without any communication with me, or anyone from the business actually seeing my house. My home is two-story, which is covered under the Big Deal, not "multi layered"; evidently the scheduler decided that it was three-story from a quick look at Google maps. Had she called me and asked about my home without simply adding the additional charge sight unseen or even said there MAY be an additional charge, I would have understood. They did not offer to rectify the mistake so I canceled their service. I have used other providers from Angie's List for gutter cleanings, and never been charged any additional fee.
