+ -1 moreProject not yet complete. (will give full details upon completion) Have been several days without workers being on job site. I believe the biggest issues has been lack of communication. Not relaying the desires of the home owner to the sub-contractors in detail.(Maybe too many irons in the fire) There have been several errors along the way that required re-doing. I do understand that there are going to be errors but not with every step - foundation, framing, roofing, siding, ect ... I feel some of the error are related to not enough personal time spent on job sight. As I said project is not yet complete leaving room for improvement before final inspection now that we are hopefully in the last few weeks of project.
