A.M. & P.M. Movers

Management accommodated my scheduling needs. The guys (3) showed up on time and did and outstanding job. I've never seen movers run before! They really hustled.We couldn't move in until the next day so our truck was held at their facility overnight. They showed up the next day right on time. Again, they hustled and helped us empty our truck when they were done with theirs. There was friendly banter between us. The guys got along well with each other and were a good team. What I didn't like was that management told me they were "right down the road" from us when, in fact, they were in Morristown. As the first 2 hours are almost double the rate, and they charge portal-to-portal, the final bill came as a surprise. I give them a C on quality because: They dinged our refrigerator and didn't tell us; we didn't notice for a week as it was buried behind all the boxes. Luckily the fridge went to the garage, but still, it was relatively new and in perfect shape and they should have told us. They also chipped paint off a garden bench and outdoor rocking chairs. Luckily I have the paint. Also, they don't put paper down on the floor. As a result our wood floor got scuffed and the carpet was left pretty dirty. We cleaned them but re-polishing and cleaning the floor is not something we wanted to do when we moved in.

2 Delivery trucks arrived at the same time. One was AM PM, the other from another company for a separate delivery to my home. The and quot;other companyand quot; refused to drive up the final hill to my house with the package. AM PM not only delivered what they had for me right to my door step, but they also took everything out of the and quot;other companiesand quot; truck and delivered that to me as well. I wish I remembered the name of the and quot;other company.and quot; AM PM was far superior, and their drivers were excellent and very polite. Overall, it was a great experience!

Joey and Matt were fast and did a great job. They didn't damage anything. They were the cheapest I found, and they are the best I've used. They reassembled the bed and did a lot of extra things that most movers don't do. Every time they took a break, they were reassuring that I wasn't going to be charged for that time. I highly recommend them.
