Great!

My A/C decided to stop working on the hottest day of the year. Called Ryan and left message and he called back within minutes. Called him on Saturday morning and set appointment for next afternoon. Ryan then called later that evening and stated would be free to come over at 10:30 PM that night! He then quickly diagnosed issue and within literally minutes A/C was back up and running. Would definitely call him again! Thanks Ryan!

Arrived on time, performed the service, explained everything in detail, made an effort to keep the bill as low as possible under the circumstances.

AC went out. Called All hours heat and air. They scheduled me for the next day but called later to say they had a cancellation and cound see me that night. Showed up on time and diagnosed and fixed the problem. Friendly and knowledgeable.

I called for an appointment in the morning and he arrived right on time that same day. He was very helpful, not at all condescending at my own lack of industry knowledge, and although he recommended fixes and updates that are a little out of my budget right now, he was very good about helping me prioritize what needed to be done now and what could wait. I can't recommend him highly enough.

All Hours Heat and Air did a great job! I talked to a person when I called the first time. He scheduled my service call the same day and at a time it was convenient for me - 6:30PM. This made my wife very happy that I could be home when the work was being completed. Our system recieved a thorough evaluation and inspection both in our attic and outside. We were given several options based on the needed repair and the age of our equipment. He actually recommended the least expensive option! Our house has been cool and comfortable since. This kind of honesty and customer service is a welcome surprise and much appreciated. I will definitely recommend All Hours to friends and family.

I did not want to invest in a new system at this time. He worked with me explaining the best and worse case scenario. This young man was eager to work and honest.

My mom's heat unit went out and she called me at 9:00 at night and asked for my help. I have no clue about heat units so I called Ryan that evening and he came out the next morning. He was there when he said he was going to be, was very polite, and helpful. He ran a couple of test and checked out the unit and quickly discovered what the problem was. He fixed the unit and now there a warm home once again. Everything is now back in order and I would definitely use Ryan again if I have problems again.
