It went great! The finished report was extremely thorough and was approved by the TN State Fish and Wildlife Service. They are hard to please.

It went great. Also in 2006, Paul solved a raccoon problem.

Paul removed the bird quickly and safely. He was to release it at an animal sanctuary. He is in general extremely knowledgeable about animals, and he is humane in his treatment of them.

Paul was very pleasant. However, he isn't very good at catching groundhogs. He put out 3 steel traps on our property with no success. One problem is that he had to take the traps up after a couple of days both weeks because he had out-of town jobs. The groundhogs did not get used to seeing the traps there, so were naturally wary. Also, I did some Internet research and found out the traps should be camouflaged, which Paul did not do. Groundhogs are too smart to just walk into a shiny steel trap. Also, their favorite food is cantaloupe, which Paul did not use. I would not hire All Creatures Wildlife Services again, nor would I recommend. I learned a $125 lesson in what questions to ask before hiring a pest removal service.

We had a family of skunks living under our patio concrete slab. Smell was awful in the house! All Creatures came out, found where they were living, set traps and caught and removed them. We were very pleased with the company's concern for our dilemma and responsiveness to resolve the problem. We highly recommend this company!

He never showed to give us an estimate and we never heard from him.

We noticed a lot of droppings directly under a gable vent of our home. When we went into the attic, we didn't see anything but we could hear something within the walls. We had hired All Creatures before because of a squirrel problem so we knew immediately ACWS was the right choice. Paul came out right away and found we had roughly three dozen bats living on both sides of our home. The first day, ACWS sealed up all entrances and made escape chutes for the bats. It took several days for them to fly away and as of today, we are bat free!!!!!

It went very well. Doug was very professional and effective during the 5-day squirrel removal. He even came back an extra time just to make sure all was well.

He arrived as scheduled, cleaned up the bat s***, removed the old gable vent screen, sprayed the area for pathogens and parasites and reinstalled a new screen with materials I provided. Very professional. Although I hope to not need his services again, I would certainly call him.

In February of 2012 I heard noises in the attic area of our home. I called several places that told me they only removed insects (this was no insect!) but I managed to get a recommendation from one company to call All Creatures. I wasn't convinced that I actually had an animal problem but I called and Paul Osbourne came out to check it out. I showed him the general area and he climbed his ladder and pronounced a squirrel problem. I asked him if he was certain and he told me he was 100% sure, there was a squirrel looking out of the hole at him. He captured (humanely) that squirrel within 10 minutes of arriving and two more (with traps) within a week. He also repaired the areas that the squirrels had damaged. So far, there are no more squirrels but when they come back, I'll call Paul again.

I purchased approximately 4 traps to eliminate a skunk & raccoon & squirrel problem around my house. My house sits on a golf course.Over the last couple of years I have caught a number of skunks, raccoons, squirrels & possums. All Creatures wildlife has comeand taken away practically all the trapped animals. In Tennessee, raccoons & skunks must be euthanized because of the threat of rabies. All Creatures Wildlife has been absolutely fantastic & I recommend them to anyone who is in need of a pest removal service. 1. They are extremely reliable. If they say they will come at 2 P.M., they're there or they call you. 2. Paul(the owner) is absolutely fearless......I still don't know how he picks up the skunks w/out losing his cool!! 3. He treats the animals w/respect & has recommended relocation for some very young possums...... 4. Considering the cost of euthanation, his fees are very reasonable....... 5. If he takes your trap(w/the animal inside) he returns the trap promptly the next day or the day after. 6. Lastly, he is easy to reach on his cell phone during business hours...... I cannot put into words how reliable & professional All Creatures Wildlife is & I heartily recommend tham to anyone in need ofthose services.......

This was a great experience all around. Mr. Osborne came and quickly got the snake. He immediately knew the type of snake, habits of the snake, and the injuries the snake sustained. He took the time to educate me and my children on the type of snake and the possible injuries. The snake ended up not being poisonous and we all learned something that day. A few days later we requested an update on the snake and Mr. Osborne was happy to give us additional information. The kids were thrilled to learn that he kept the snake for a few days and then released the animal into the wild. It is nice to have a service provider who is so informed and knowledgable in their area of expertise.
