+ -1 moreThey never showed up after this. They abandoned the issue. Another company came out and was able to diagnose the leak within a few minutes. This company was trying to milk money from me. If they have to come back within 30 days of service, the service call is free, but if they come back after 30 days, they can charge another $60 service fee. He put a bandaid on the problem so that they could come back later and charge me again, without fixing the issue.
Description of Work: I had a problem with a leak in the cooling coil in the main system in my house. The guy said I was low on Freon, and filled it full of Freon. He stated I didn’t have any leaks and left. 2 days later I had the same problem. He came back, stated they would do a leak test and put more Freon in it. They never showed up after that.
