Gage, Dylan & Jordan installed 5 helical piers at my home in Knoxville TN on 6/7/24. They did a great job stabilizing the foundation - I had many questions and they kindly answered them all. Were in good communication with me throughout the process. They were a pleasure to work with.

Just had our crawl space encapsulated and 2 walls water drainage installed, we got 3 estimates and all 3 were in the same price range, we chose afs for 2 reasons, 1 they have great reviews and most importantly Davis our inspector was the most thorough of all 3 companies and I didn't feel pressured to sign a contract. The day of the job Jackson the foreman called me with there arrival time, and both days showed up on time, both Jackson and Jake completed the job on time, they were extremely respectful, professional and courteous and we are extremely satisfied with the quality of work done to our crawl space. Thank you afs, if we need any future work we will definitely use afs.

AFS did a couple projects for us. The inspector, Caleb, did a thorough job inspecting our home and finding out exactly what was causing our issues. Josh and Jeremy did the concrete lifting in our garage and sidewalk and foreman Johnny and his crew stabilized our bowing basement wall. Everyone worked very hard, did quality work, and cleaned up after themselves. 10/10 would recommend

Keith was fantastic with communication. This company is honest and moreso their people show how great of a culture that they must have internally. I interviewed a few companies to fully seal my crawlspace but felt like they "just wanted a sale". Not AFS. Keith was excited to "teach" me about what they could do AFTER he asked me to tell him my concerns. He was not trying to SALE me on anything yet wanted to solve my problems. That is a true "salesman". He cared. The company was in and out in 1 FULL DAY!! They worked hard and moreso very cleanly. I did not have any issues with clutter or trash once they left. They even offered to help me connect my wifi back that got accidentally messed up but ATT was able to repair it for free. Regardless, offering to help me after they accidentally knocked it loose was so kind. They really show how much they care for their customers and inadvertently make you feel like family. Thanks Keith and the workers who treated my home like theirs. It means everything to my family to know that we are now protected against Mold and Water damage. Here is one more PLUS: our floors are so much more warm because we completed the "HVAC envelop" by getting the crawlspace sealed.

We highly recommend AFS for waterproofing a crawlspace. AFS encapsulated our crawlspace on our new construction home and installed a sump pump and dehumidifier in the crawlspace. The install crew (Tim - Foreman, Trent, CJ and John) was very prompt, courteous and professional. They explained everything about their work, and thoroughly cleaned up the worksite. Tim returned a few days later to finish up after our electrical outlets were installed and to make sure everything was working properly. Our salesman Reid was also excellent to work with. He explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions.

AFS took on our helical pier and sump pump installation on our new home and we were offered competitive pricing, efficient communication, and a timely/clean installation. Our sales rep was Ben who was always available and informed, Tanner installed our sump pump system and was equally impressive, and Peyton managed a crew installing our piers who left the jobsite as clean as they found it. I recommend AFS for all your helical pier and sump pump needs!

The men from AFS came and were able to raise the steps back to the level they were when I built the house thirteen years ago. They also raised a section of the front walk and the driveway. They arrived on time and the whole job was completed in about two hours. They were very professional and cleaned up the area very well before they left.
