-I understand this company was recently acquired by new owners/operators. Earlier ratings are for the previous owners. -We contracted with Lowes for the roofing job. Lowes handled payments and materials. Lowes subcontrated with Advanced Roofing for the install. Overall, we are very pleased with both Lowes Installation Services and Advanced Roofing. All parties were friendly, professional, and made certain the job was done right and done on schedule. Fragile surfaces in the yard were protected with dropcloths and clean up was excellent. All water/leak issues I had concerns about were addressed. I do not have a single problem or concern to report. Several days after the job was completed it rained. We noted that a water diverter strip we had installed over our bay window needed adjustment. Advanced Roofing came out promptly and fixed it.

I got a good price but it almost was not worth it. The gentleman would not tell me when he was coming. We paid half up front and was supposed to pay half upon completion but he kept having to get draws to finish the work. I had to play the subcontractor between him and the gentleman that did the gutters. He had not been paying the gutter man. I had to hold the gutter man's money and hold it separate before he would begin work on the gutters. He worked with me on some things. We were slated to go and then learned a lot of the houses in the neighborhood were getting their insurance company's to pay for the roofs. So we held up until we could negotiate with the insurance company. Advanced did work with me on that. He did return to fix one thing on a back corner that did not have a drip edge. Subsequently my husband got up into the attic and they did not put down more plywood where they were supposed to where original construction had left gaps. One of the worst places Advanced did not replace the plywood. They have not returned my calls to come and finish this part.
