Description of Work: I purchased a big deal service from Advanced Heating and Air for an AC tuneup and inspection. I have 2 air conditioners and one got a tuneup and there was an inspection on the other one and it required free-on.

I appreciate the communication, and willingness to find new ways to fix this aging HVAC system. THey couldn't find the part, so they are arranging to have the current piece rebuilt in order to avoid replacing substantially larger pieces of equipment. Thanks GUYS!

From the first phone call to end of service, I was praising the repair to my fellow co-workers. They were accommodating with my schedule and set a time not a half day block for arrival. He arrived promptly and was more than thorough. Description of Work: I used advanced about 6 months ago when I purchased the coupon for a spring/summer system check. On Wednesday night I noticed the outside unit making noise, I called thursday morning and they were out friday around noon. Which was just as promised. My fan motor had seized up and they got the parts and where finished within 2 hours. Price was very reasonable and the whole company is so friendly. Description of Work: I asked for one of their more experienced repair persons..... they were not offended regarding that request (some businessesdo get offended). The serviceman called just before he arrived....I like that. The man was very punctual and professional. He put "booties" over his shoes when he came into my house to check and adjust my thermostat. He helped me with one question regarding the thermostat. I would use them again.

Description of Work: We had used them before for a spring tune-up of the AC unit. I was impressed with the service and decided we would use them again, if needed. A couple weeks ago, the AC died on a Saturday night. I left a message the following day. I got a call back Monday morning and they said they would be there that afternoon. The gentlemen arrived and within minutes they diagnosed a faulty capacitor. For the trip out, time put in and a new capacitor, the total was about $130, which seemed very fair to me.
