Description of Work: Had good experience until the recent visit when I was told one thing making the appointment and then another when the service tech arrived. Made appointment and wanted to adjust to accommodate their schedule on the fly... Not convenient... Set the tone for a bad visit.

On this service call the customer placed a call through his home warranty. Upon setting an appointment for 9/26/13 the office let the homeowner know this was an afternoon call. Due to the nature of a service business appointment times are estimated. This customer wanted late in the afternoon and during this time it is our slower season and the technician put this homeowner as last call which was earlier in the afternoon. Unfortunately, we could not meet an exact time for this customer which is why we give a window with a call ahead. 100% customer satisfaction is our goal and will be contacting this customer to resolve any dissatisfaction.

Description of Work: Provider initially visited and double checked my HVAC systems. They confirmed that the systems were working satisfactorily and contradicted my regular provider's assertion that I needed to replace my HVAC. I began a subscription with Advanced Heating and Air for regular system check ups and have been extremely pleased. They are significantly less expensive than my previous provider and I feel much more comfortable with their integrity.
