Description of Work: I was not present when the representative came to check the HVAC. He left a piece of paper that did not indicate what he found or what he did. My wife said he was here for approx. 20 minutes and did not appraise her of any problems. I should have followed-up with the rep and determined what he did, etc. Therefore very difficult to provide a reliable rating.

Description of Work: They vacuumed out all of the construction dust from the AC air vents and cleaned out the return air duct. We still have a little dust that settles but they did a good job getting most of it out of the ducts. |They were to come that morning, as we had another appointment later in the afternoon, but they did not get here until after 5:00 p.m. |The two persons were very nice and professional in their work.

Description of Work: He cleaned my outside AC unit, checked the indoor unit, thermostat, as well as the coolness of the air coming out of the vents. He gave me advice for keeping everything in good working order and was finished in 30 minutes. There were no additional charges. He was very professional, thorough and efficient. I will use this provider again.
