Description of Work: Repairman was prompt. Did an excellent job of inspecting, cleaning, and servicing our two A/C units. Gave me lots of useful advice. Would definately use again.

Description of Work: Repaired hole in freon line that had allowed most of the freon to escape. Once it was patched, added approximately 5 lbs of freon. Cleaned both the exterior and interior units and verified that cool air was now coming through the system. Cleaned up all debris - both inside and out. I believe that other people would have tried to just have me buy a new unit but the repairman was able to fix it so that I would not have to make an emergency purchase. I know that when I get ready to actually replace the unit, I will be calling Advanced. Their customer service and quality make me know that I will be treated fairly and professionally. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: I purchased a spring maintenance through the Big Deal on Angie's List. I was contacted by Advanced promptly to set up an appointment. Very friendly on the phone and understanding about my schedule when making the appointment. Andrew was our technician and was on time, knowledgeable, courteous and respected my property. He wore shoe covers in the house, if some thing needed moving he did it carefully. I am so glad I have found Advanced Heating and Air! If I need future services for A/C I will call them! Thanks.

Description of Work: Advanced Heating and Air's servicemen called before starting out for the appointment. Andrew Kirkley arrived on time and went to work immediately. Andrew did a super job cleaning both sets of A/C coils with a very effective foaming agent. They obviously had never been cleaned before. Andrew then checked the voltage on each A/C and explained that they were both running efficiently. Andrew then checked the Freon and determinded: one was almost full, and the other was down almost 40%. Andrew then explained how much Freon each system held and approximately how much each system would likely need. Andrew then calculated the likely cost for the needed Freon. I was very surprised at how little each system needed. I was especially and very pleasantly surprised at the very reasonable cost for the needed Freon - $18.00!! (In the past, with another firm I paid literally hundreds of dollars for the refill!!) More impressively, Andrew also fixed a long standing problems with our downstairs A/C system: He repaired the drain. This was impressive as no other A/C company even bothered to try and fix the drain. Andrew did it quickly and effectively. He displayed a great positive attitude in attempting to and fixing the drain. (The pipe had broken off at the unit and appeared not to be easily repairable.) Most impressively, Andrew fixed the vibration our upstairs unit had. The unit's fan vibrated such that the picture on the wall in the bedroom literally vibrated at a very high frequency. The picture vibration was very annoying, especially at night. Again, Andrew diagnosed the problem - the unit needed vibration isolators. Andrew had 4 of the items in his truck and installed them very quickly and easily. I am extremely satisfied with Andrew and Advanced Heating and Air. They exceeded my expectations tremendously! I highly recommedn them.

Description of Work: Keith came out at the appointed time. Very professional in both appearance and personality. Cheerfully answered all my questions. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. The 130.00 is for the spring A/C check and an appointment in the fall the check and clean the furnace for winter. I will use this company again and I will ask for Keith.
